About this apartment rental
A living experience spanning approximately 180 square meters across three floors. Chalet Susi is the largest chalet in our Chalet Hopfensee complex. It is situated in a stunning location with panoramic views and is ideal for 2–6 people.
Through the entryway with a vestibule, you enter the foyer, which leads to the large, modern kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances and featuring a bar counter. The kitchen is fully equipped with, for example, a modern oven, a Nespresso capsule machine with 10 capsules, a coffee maker, a fully automatic coffee machine with a bean hopper, a filter for brewing, tea bags, an egg cooker, and an ice cream maker. A special kind of prime spot: cooking with a view. From here, you can already enjoy views of the castle and the mountains, with direct access to the large breakfast terrace on the east side. The adjacent rustic farmhouse parlor, with its cozy seating area, offers plenty of space for the whole family. Another highlight here is a traditional regional tiled stove, which can be heated with wood from the entryway.
The large, fully glass-enclosed—and thus very bright—living room with a modern sofa lounge offers a breathtaking view of Lake Hopfensee, the Allgäu mountains, and the royal castles, including Neuschwanstein Castle. From the living room, you have direct access to the sun terrace—your open-air VIP spot, with the same breathtaking view. Enjoy royal moments in this enchanting setting.
A staircase in the entryway leads to the upper floor and the bedrooms. There is a large bedroom with a king-size bed (2x2 meters) and its own slightly smaller, very modern bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower, as well as a bedroom on the loft (west side) with two single beds in a bunk-style arrangement, featuring an incomparable, rustic, and incredibly cozy charm that is especially popular with children. Next door is a third bedroom with a double bed (160x200). Shared by these two bedrooms is another modern bathroom on the same floor, featuring a shower, two sinks, a toilet, and a bathtub. All bedrooms are equipped with a new, modern flat-screen TV with Prime Video.

- The security deposit is €400, payable upon arrival by credit card or cash.

- An initial set of bed linens and towels is included. If you would like additional fresh bed linens and towels during your stay, these can be booked on-site for an extra fee.
