About this apartment rental
Our house is located in a quiet, beautiful setting with stunning mountain views. A large garden with a play area and lawn for sunbathing is right next to the house. Your accommodations are an ideal starting point for sightseeing, bike rides, hikes, and water sports. Even in winter, cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity. The nearest ski resort is just a few minutes’ drive away.
Please note regarding pets: Bookings are valid only by prior arrangement and for one pet only. A fee of 10.00 euros per pet per day will be charged.
2-Bedroom Vacation Apartment:
The newly renovated attic studio apartment offers a stunning unobstructed view of the Alps.
The apartment features a spacious living and dining area with access to the south-facing balcony. It also features a modern, well-equipped kitchen with an electric stove, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and dishwasher. The large bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. Guests can stay in two separate bedrooms.
Please note regarding pets: Pets are allowed only by prior arrangement, and only one pet per stay. A fee of 10.00 euros per day is charged for the pet (food not included).
On-site costs: A prepayment of 75.00 euros may be charged after booking. Payment is due in cash on-site or by bank transfer up to 3 days after check-in. Check-in: 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM and by arrangement. Check-out: by 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Pets are allowed upon request for a fee of 10.00 euros per day per pet. A crib or rollaway bed is available upon request. Tourist tax: 1.20 euros for adults and 0.60 euros for children. Heating, parking, water, and final cleaning are included in the base rate.Phone calls and the visitor’s tax will be billed separately.
Check-in is from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00, and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
