Perfect location in a sweet village to enjoy castles and mountains!

The location is perfect! Nestled into a sweet village at the foot of the castles, we were ecstatic that we could see them from our balcony! The apartment was clean and had enough towels and toilet paper and dishes. The neighborhood is quiet and there are highland cows out back! Swangau is a sweet village with restaurants and groceries so close!

The floor heaters were set when we arrived and we could not adjust them. It made the apartment quite warm and we had to open windows to get it cool enough to sleep-which brought in mosquitos. I think I counted 18 mosquito bites on my son when we left. Also, the beds were quite hard which also made sleep difficult.

Comfortable apartment for short and maybe longer family stays. A peaceful location, within a convenient distance to the main attractions.

There were no major issues, but the bath wasn’t working. However, we did have a functional shower.

Well set up apartment in a quieter area

It was a very nice place. Good communication and easy check in. It was a great spot for getting into Füssen as well (we did have a car). There was a walkout to a patio as well, which we didn't use much for our one night stay, but would have taken advantage of had we stayed longer!

location is superb and it is very close to the castles and the old town of fussed. Super market and restaurant is very close to the apartment. It is clean and comfortable. The landlord is very nice.

No instruction for the dishwasher so we do not know how to use it. The service of hot water has the limited time.

Well equipped, updated with a spectacular view of the forest and castles. We had originally booked the host's apartment in the 2 story building, but upgraded an apartment in his 3 story building that faced the forest. Worth every penny....gorgeous views with a large deck.

The huge balcony, the view, perfect location. If the weather was a bit better we actually could walk to the Neuschwanstein Castle. The staff was very friendly, and even let us to check in a bit earlier .

An amazingly perfect place to stay.

I never thought there is such a place I'll give a full score. I like its spaciousness, it cleanliness, its considerCness. We're very well received and introduced to the enviro. The kitchen is a surprise, a pleasant one though. The entire room has many little touches which makes me feel its taste.

The Haus Luna is very comfortable for familiy vacation. The facility in the apartment is very complete and every detail is taken care with. The L-shape big balcony in Luna 3 is very nice. You can see the schloss Neuschwanstein from the balcony. The location is perfect and quiet. It is easy to reach Füssen old town and to the Schloss. It is also very easy to find restaurants, shopping centers nearby. The hotel personal are very friendly and informative.

Really loved my stay here. The apparment is beautifull, clean, spacious and comfortable. It is on a nice quiet place/location with a very large balcony overlooking nothing but fields. Late arrival was no problem with an access code send via SMS and the keybox at the front. Hosts were very helpfull and responded quickly to messages. After booking you receive a mail(link) with loads of useful information. And there is also a card given to you that provides discount on transport and sights.

Not really a negative, but for a restaurant you can best head to Fussen. Options in walking distance of the appartment are very limited.
