Beautiful stylish apartment, everything provided incl washer/dryer, iron and dishwasher. Great after ten days on trains to clean up!! Excellent location, close to everything, nice balcony, a good house manual and tourist info as well as complimentary Fussen cards giving us lots of perks.

Everything!!! This is a standout apartment which ticks all the boxes. Location, comfort,facilities including parking, it has it all. A rare occurrence in my experience after decades of travel.

There is a car lift to access the underground parking. Ask for clear instructions on the operation and use of the remote for the car lift.

If you are single or a couple looking for a great place to stay in Fussen, this is it.

The host notified us that we could call a local contact for access to the apartment but we did not have phone service abroad. Eventually we did find a way to call the caretaker.

There was nothing to dislike about the apartment. Super well equipped and the location was excellent.

Wonderful location, all necessary amenities and more, onsite parking close to old town was a bonus.

The use of the car elevator for the parking in the basement of the building was new and unusual to me. Fortunately someone walking by helped me understand how to use the remote to get my car into the garage (most US door openers have one button that raises and lowers the door but this remote had an up and a down button). Some additional instructions on how to use the car elevator would be helpful.

Great stay in Fussen

Lovely apartment, which was nicely situated in the centre of Fussen. The keys were left for us, which was good as there were many delays on the roads (we were coming from Baden-Baden) and trying to stick to an agreed meeting time would have been very difficult. The apartment was very well appointed, clean and comfortable. Sitting out on the balcony for breakfast and in the evenings was a nice addition. Having the washing machine was great as we didn`t have to impersonate pack mules! I would definitely stay here again when visiting Fussen.

Ruhig und trotzdem in der Stadt

Die Lage ist super, es ist sehr ruhig und man fühlt sich gleich wie zuhause. Die Wohnung ist recht gut ausgestattet, insbesondere die Küche. Wir konnten bei der Anreise die Tiefgarage nicht nutzen, da ein neuer Funksender installiert wurde. Die entstandenen Parkkosten wurden aber wie vorher vereinbart rückerstattet.

Wurde dem Vermieter direkt mitgeteilt.

Schöne Wohnung / zentrale Lage /

Die Lage war perfekt ( Zentrum) die Garage im Haus top… unkomplizierter Kontakt zum Vermieter.

Es sollte mal wieder eine Grundreinigung vorgenommen werden… in den Ecken im Badezimmer lag noch Schmutz ( Flusen und Haare) die Duschabtrennung mal richtig reinigen(Schimmelbildung) Angebrochene Lebensmittel ( Nudeln / Mehl/ Grieß oder abgelaufene Soßen) sollten entsorgt werden bevor jemand neues in die Wohnung kommt.

Fabelhaft

Sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in bester Lage, Bäcker, Restaurants in der Altstadt, Museum der Stadt Füssen alles nur wenige Schritte entfernt. In der Wohnung war wirklich alles vorhanden , von A wie Abfallbeutel bis Z wie Zucker. Eigener kostenfreier Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage, von dort mit dem Fahrstuhl bequem in die erste Etage. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter und Verwalter der Wohnung war einfach ,unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns dort sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und hoffen diese Wohnung mal wieder buchen zu können.

Die Wohnung liegt in der Allstadt, in einer Seitengasse, und damit perfekt um überall hinzukommen wo man will. Sie ist mit allem erdenklichen ausgestattet und man braucht im Grunde nur Kleidung zum wechseln mitzubringen. Der Kontakt war vom ersten Moment an sehr nett Ich kann die Stadtwohnung Hans also nur empfehlen.

Es gibt nichts, dass uns nicht gefallen hätte.

Wunderschönes Appartement mitten in der Altstadt von Füssen.

Das Appartement liegt mitten in der wunderschönen Altstadt von Füssen. Es ist modern, sehr sauber und mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Groh: Er war jederzeit hilfsbereit. Als unsere Kaffeemaschine plötzlich kaputtging, stand schon eine Dreiviertelstunde später eine neue da – großartig! Auch das Parken mit dem Aufzug hat problemlos funktioniert und war viel einfacher, als wir es uns vorgestellt hatten. Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft: Alles ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Besonders empfehlen können wir den Drei-Schlösser-Wanderweg mit dem Hohen Schloss in Füssen, dem Lechfall, dem idyllischen Schwansee sowie den Schlössern Hohenschwangau und Neuschwanstein. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und danken den Gastgebern herzlich. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Stupendo

Se potessi dare più di dieci lo avrei dato. Ci siamo sentiti a casa, non manca nulla, l’appartamento è molto bello curato nei dettagli, in cucina non manca nulla una bellissima macchina del caffè con vari tipi di cialde, spezie di ogni tipo, pentole, padelle ogni tipo di bicchiere, insomma come stare a casa propria. La lavastoviglie comodissima. Presente anche la lavatrice con le tabs per lavare, insomma non manca nulla. La posizione ottima in una strada molto tranquilla. Il proprietario e il custode sempre disponibili, rispondono ai messaggi in poco tempo, sono molto gentili.

Schöne zentrale Wohnung

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser Ferienwohnung, da die Wohnung super zentral liegt und mit vielen Extras ausgestattet ist(Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Seife,Spülmittel u.s.w),brauchten außer Lebensmittel nichts mehr zu besorgen.Der Aufzug (für das Auto )ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber kein Problem. Schön ist der Balkon, da er überdacht ist ,kann man diesen jederzeit nutzen. Allerdings liegt er an einer sehr befahrenen Straße,da kann es schon mal laut sein....uns hat es nicht gestört. Bäcker,Restaurant keine 5 Minuten entfernt.Für uns als Hundebesitzer war der Park in der Nähe ideal für die erste kleine Runde.

Nur eine kleine Anmerkung...Küche müsste komplett gereinigt werden,da die Schränke von außen sehr verschmiert waren,auch Spinnenweben an der Decke waren nicht so schön. Ansonsten hat alles gepasst.

Füssen e dintorni…semplicemente meraviglioso, soprattutto in bici.

È un appartamento da 10 e lode. Ha ogni confort: dalla lavastoviglie alla lavatrice. Gli spazi sono più che adeguati, bello anche il terrazzino con possibilità di consumare i pasti. La comunicazione con l’host attenta e puntuale. Il giovane sig. Groh sempre disponibile. Ciliegina sulla torta è il garage di cui si può usufruire. Bellissima esperienza, lo consiglio vivamente.

Gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in super Lage

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Zur Wohnung gehört ein kostenfreier Tiefgaragen Stellplatz mit Autoaufzug (was wirklich easy funktioniert hatte). Die Kommunikation mit Besitzer und Verwalter war immer sehr nett und zügig. Zur Ausstattung: es ist wirklich alles da, selbst für längere Aufenthalte eine Waschmaschine. 😉 Das Bett fanden wir sehr bequem und die Bettwäsche schön kuschelig. Es waren auch noch extra Decken vorhanden. Die Wohnung hat insgesamt eine gute Größe und ist schön eingerichtet. Infomaterial und Karten sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Im Haus befindet sich ein Fahrstuhl.

Warum wir zwei Punkte abziehen… die Lüftung!!! Furchtbar, ein ständiges Gebrumme das nie aufhört, und leider auch im Schlafzimmer!!!! Für Menschen die eh schon einen leichten Schlaf haben ist das gar nichts, aber selbst meinen Mann der immer und überall schläft, hat es extrem genervt! Und es gibt wohl keine Möglichkeit die auszuschalten. Auch das Fenster im Schlafzimmer lässt sich zum Lüften unmöglich öffnen. Zum Thema Sauberkeit… auf den ersten Blick wirkt auch alles recht sauber, bis man dann genauer hinschaut. Vor allem die Küche und das Bad, da gehört mal Großputz gemacht. 😊 Und was ein kleines bisschen nervig ist, war der Bewegungsmelder mit Licht in der Wohnung. Wenn ich nachts auf Toilette gehe möchte ich nicht geblendet werden - aber das ist nur mein empfinden.

Extrem gut gelegen inmitten der Altstadt! Eine wunderschöne, sehr geschmackvoll und liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung. Sehr geräumig, da kann man gut eine Woche wohnen. Top ausgestattete Wohnung, bequeme Betten und es hat einen hübschen Balkon. Enorm freundliche Kommunikation! Unkompliziertes Check-In.

Das Schlafzimmer-Fenster kann man zum Schlafen nicht schräg stellen und zum Lüften auch kaum öffnen. Das Parken ist gewöhnungsbedürftig ;-)

Beste Lage!

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen, mitten in der Stadt und ein Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage gehört dazu. Viele Café 's und Restaurants sind um die " Ecke", Rewe ist auch fußläufig zu erreichen.

Da der Check-in nur zwischen 17 und 18 Uhr war, hatten wir gedacht, dass der Vermieter uns empfängt. Wir erhielten leider nur telefonisch Einweisungen; so fischten wir den Schlüssel plus Elektronik für die Tiefgarage aus dem Briefkasten( erfordert Geschicklichkeit und schlanke Hände). Die Einfahrt in die Garage mit " Fahrstuhl" in das untere Stockwerk empfanden wir für's erste Mal triggi. Die Wohnung war nicht richtig sauber, vor allem die Küchenschrankteile aussen und innen. Es hingen noch die benutzten Geschirr- Handtücher von den Vorbenutzern. Die Vorleger im Bad und Schlafraum sahen ungepflegt aus. Die Deko war noch von Weihnachten.
