Amazing little apartment with exceptional host!

Everything!!! As mentioned in previous reviews, Peter the host is amazing. He went above and beyond for us. When I realised I booked a day early for our castle tour (scheduled an hour after our arrival), Peter drove us to the base of the castle immediately after check in as it was too late to get a bus. I had also booked a spa day & he organised a robe and towel package for each of us. The room was in the centre of town, was clean and had everything we needed. Would highly recommend! The shower was amazing too!!

We'd happily stay here again!

The home was spacious, clean, and perfectly situated—just a short walk from shops, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the town and nearby sights incredibly convenient. Our host was exceptionally helpful, offering great recommendations for local dining and bus routes to Neuschwanstein Castle. His helpful information about the city and the building itself were informative and interesting. If you're planning a trip to Füssen and want a comfortable base with a welcoming host, this rental is a fantastic choice.

The apartment was perfect. Lots of room, well equipped kitchen and excellent location. Peter was wonderful, with meeting us at the car park, local knowledge, fussen card and drinks in the fridge. This has been the best place we have stayed in.

Located right in the centre of the old town and a short walk from the train station. The building facade is one of the best in the main street, so take some time to admire the art work. The host has prepared a compendium with recommendations and there is a bakery diagonally opposite and another around the corner. There are two supermarkets close by and the main attractions are a few minutes away. Excellent place to stay with a host who provides what guests require.

Fantastic location and classy apartment

We feel very lucky to stay in this fantastic two bedroom apartment, excellent location that is close to the train/bus stations and is right in the heart of the old town, step out the apartment there are many shops and delicious bakeries, full of cafes and restaurants with outdoor seating. We stayed in the “Sissi” two bedrooms apartment, spotless clean that has a very large living space, master bedroom, a second bedroom that has two bunkbeds and desk, large bathroom shower for which the water temperature and pressure is perfect. Full equipped kitchen with eating area for four. The owner Peter is extremely organized, we followed his advice and had a very successful trip to visit the two castles and enjoyed many good meals in town. This comfortable classic apartment is perfect for family of four or just a couple to stay, we highly recommend it to anyone, book early when visiting Fussen.

Exceptional. The owner is welcoming and attentive to details to cater our needs. Location is on top of the shop in the town shopping area. It’s perfect. Room is so clean and comfortable we could stay here all day. We wish we would stay here longer. Definitely book again if we ever go back to Fussen. Book now you won’t be disappointed. Beautiful Bavaria and stunning location to stay

we didnt stay at the apartment which was advertised as the owner said that the previous guests had broken the sink. however the other apartment was just as central and the market square is stunning. The apartment was basic but clean and also had a nice sofa to sit and watch netflix on. Peter the host and owner is very polite and helpful and very informative of the area. Peter offers discount cards for local restaraunts and the Italians was brilliant. We were also given free tickets to use the bus which was a bonus. Peter provided parking in a safe underground car park which he took us too.

We didnt stay at the advertised apartment as Peter stated the previous guests had broken the sink so this review is about the alternative apartment which we were not informed about until we were standing outside the building. The apartment we stayed in was basic. The bed was in the same room as the divided kitchen and the fridge was noisey all night. The apartment was on the top floor and had velux windows which 1 of them had no blind which meant we had light shining in from 06:00. There was no hot water to shower. We decided to leave as we were very disappointed. In fairness to Peter, when we made him aware we were leaving and why, he did check and said the fuse for the hot water had been turned off. He did also apologise and give us a full refund.

Beautiful location for exploring Fussen! The owner give us a short interesting history of the accommodation and area. Went in December, there was snow and the town looked fab. Plenty to see and do. Lots of lovely cafe's and restaurants. We found lovely vegetarian restaurant staff were super friendly and helpful.

Peter met us at the parking garage and showed us where to park, then walked us to the apartment, explained everything and was very helpful. The apartment was warm, roomy, comfy bed, great bathroom, good kitchen facilities, close to shops, close to the bus stop. Definitely go to the Italian restaurant that is in the list of recommended restaurants - the food was amazing. I would stay here again and would have extended our stay if it was possible.

Couldn't ask for more!!

Owner, Peter, was there to greet us and to explain all the ins and outs of the apartment and the town. Received a Fussen card which could be used for free bus travel. Peter provided a selection of beverages and snacks as a welcome gift...very much appreciated. Apartment was large with 2 bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and spacious bathroom, also supplied soap and shampoo. Located on the pedestrian street in the center of town, very quiet after 10 pm. 5 minute walk to the train station. Cars not allowed on the street

Perfect location. Excellent host. The kitchen had everything we needed. We loved our three nights at Sissi Apartment.

The clock in the lobby is loud and chimes every hour. The pillows are not traditional pillows. Despite these two things we would stay here again.

Home Away from home

The apartment was centrally located with everything Fussen has to offer. Just steps away, there are restaurants, coffee shops, pharmacies, boutiques, museums, transportation, etc. It was very cozy, comfortable and very clean. Nothing fancy; just a homey apartment equipped with all the basic necessities for a family of 3 or 4. It was perfect for us. Peter, our host, was amazing! Such a great guy with a friendly and helpful disposition. A lot of attention to details that didn’t go unnoticed. Beds were surprisingly comfortable and we slept like babies. Peter even had the pantry with coffee, sugar, creamers and beverages in the refrigerator for us. We are so glad that we chose Lucky home Sissi for our first visit to Füssen. We are definitely coming back for a longer stay. We had a great time! Thank you Peter!

Ein traumhaft schöner Geburtstagsurlaub

Das Sissi Apartment ist besonders nostalgisch/romantisch eingerichtet. Wer das mag, kommt hier auf den vollen Genuss! Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sogar eine Geburtstagsüberraschung stand morgens vor der Zimmertüre. Vergünstigungen bei den Musicalkarten und ein Abschiedsgeschenk inclusive! In der Küche ist alles vorhanden ( Pad-Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Filterkaffeemaschine, Backofen, Microwellenherd, Spülmaschine). Sogar eine Grundausstattung Getränke stehen im Kühlschrank bereit. Im Bad liegen Handtücher, Seife und ein Föhn parrat. Wlan,eine Stereoanlage und ein großer Fernseher stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Im Vorraum stehen gemütliche Sessel und jede Menge Bücher zm lesen. Das Appartment liegt zentral in der Fussgängerzone in Füssen. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Aktivitäten. Ich war mit Sicherheit nicht das letzte Mal dort!!

Wspaniały apartament idealny dla rodzin i dla par!

Na pierwszym miejscu postawiliśmy życzliwości i gościnność gospodarzy. Wspaniali i pomocni ludzie. Świetny kontakt. Wszystko zostało nam wyjaśnione jeszcze przed przyjazdem. Lokalizacja perfekcyjna! W samym centrum, nad piękną zabytkowa apteką. Wszędzie było wyjątkowo blisko. Dodatkowo dostaliśmy bilety na darmowe przejazdy autobusem do zamków. Pokoje duże i przestronne. Czyste i wygodne. W pełni wyposażona kuchnia (we wszystkie akcesoria plus kawa, herbata i mnóstwo słodyczy :) Bardzo ciepło i komfortowo. Pod oknem deptak z wieloma sklepami, restauracjami i kawiarniami. W obiekcie znajduje się również mała recepcja z biblioteczką, wieloma albumami i mapami na temat Fussen i zamków. Można poczytać i wcześniej zaplanować zwiedzanie. Dostępne są również rowery (w sezonie). Pomimo bliskości restauracji i kawiarni w pokoju było cicho zarówno w nocy jak i rano. Polecam w 100%. Chciałabym jeszcze tam wrócić :)
