Beautiful peaceful location surrounded by the the exquisite beauty of Athens Burren.

Bathroom is frigid. It is not pleasant to use. It needs some sort of heating especially when showering.

Burren Mill House

Loved the location and the aesthetic of the Mill House. The host was brilliant and very welcoming. Only stayed for the night but wish I could stay longer. House is filled with the essentials e.g kettle, microwave fridge etc and even offers snacks. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic property, great location, terrific hosts.

Gorgeous restored self contained cottage, more like a boutique hotel room than an apartment. Very comfortable with everything necessary for a stay. It's on their own land adjacent to the owners house so couldn't be closer if any issues (there wasn't any). Terrific hosts, very helpful and couldn't have been nicer. A home away from home.

Perfect cozy spot for our short stay

The cottage was cozy and welcoming, with a comfortable bed, large bathroom, and well equipped kitchenette. As an added bonus, our host provided scones, cereals, milk, eggs, butter and jam for a lovely breakfast. We only had a quick overnight stay, but everything was perfect and we'd highly recommend it.

Beautiful Burren Mill Cottage.

What a delightful place. Part of a working farm with warm and welcoming hosts. We were able to explore the region easily from here. The little apartment was very comfortable with everything one could need. Thank you to Joey and his family.

Good overall despite chilly wet weather, small heater worked & found separate hot plate to cook on.

Very nice welcome pack. Kitchen area though small was well equipped. Lovely quiet rural location.

A shame not to meet the hosts who said they would. Double bed was small for 2, a king would have been better and the ceiling lighting was terrible- huge too bright striplights, but reading/bedside lights were no good either. nowhere to hang wet coats, towels, or put boots to dry as one tiny wall radiator for whole unit.

Idyillic

Charming cottage on a working farm. Lovely views, extremely comfortable, great location for exploring the burren. Scones, teas, coffees provided on arrival. Perfect spot for a romantic getaway.

Fantastic accommodation with great hosts and hope to return soon again.

The accommodation had everything we needed for a comfortable stopover. The place was spotlessly clean which made it comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived. It was open plan style kitchen\living area with shower & toilet facilities. Joey and family were great hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. The kitchen area was well equipped with fresh homemade scones made by the host and fridge stocked with milk, eggs, butter and jams. The bed was very comfortable and everything to a high standard with onsite parking just outside the door. We highly recommend this location for short or longer holidays. Francis and Mary - Donegal.

Wonderful stay in lovely stone house

We had a wunderful stay at the farm's old mill house that has been lovely renovated. The views were beautiful, and the location was convenient for exploring the Burren area. Joey and his family were gracious hosts, and we appreciated the thoughtful welcome package they provided. It was a wonderful experience overall.
