Very modern, great facilities.
Check in was confusing, we could have done with some communication beforehand to say how to check in. We had to call when we arrived and get keys from a key safe but we were standing there a while wondering what to do!

Great value. Excellent location close to Pisa airport and train station, clean, modern, safe quiet neighborhood. The inside is better than what the outside looks like.

THE LINEN ON THE BEDS AND THE SHOWER TRAY DID NOT TAKE THE WATER,, IT WAS FLOWING OVER THE TRAY.
