Golden House

We stayed at Golden House for 7 days. We had not planned to stay in Pisa at all, but due to problems with our original booking in another part of Tuscany, we had to stay for as long as 7 days. Although Golden House is a typical B&B, we were guaranteed a comfortable stay. The building may not be particularly inviting from the outside, but it is currently undergoing renovation, so this is understandable. The property was clean and located in a good, quiet area — not right in the city center, but still close by. There were two large air-conditioned bedrooms and a comfortable bathroom with a shower. The bed linen and towels were clean. There was also a small but functional kitchenette. The helpful host, Mateo, provided us with all the information we needed, for example about parking. At our request, he also fixed the door lock without any unnecessary delay. There is a nice café nearby, as well as several cozy restaurants. The beach in the area is rocky, clean, and pleasantly intimate. We highly recommend Golden House to anyone looking for accommodation in Pisa. It is an ideal place for a 1–2 day stay. In our case, we stayed for 7 days without any problems at all.

Everything was fine. If I had to find something to complain about, the view from the window overlooking the parking lot and scaffolding was not particularly pleasant but it didn’t bother us that much.

THE LINEN ON THE BEDS AND THE SHOWER TRAY DID NOT TAKE THE WATER,, IT WAS FLOWING OVER THE TRAY.
