The way you sleep on it. No privacy at all

The location is good, near to the station. The lounge area, bathrooms and changing room are nicely decorated.

We had a capsule for two people. The mattress was not comfortable, and the bed's "structure" made a lot of noise whenever we moved, which meant that we did not sleep well.

Too many problems, too much trouble, high price, low services. If you find yourself in Basel for vacation, you are not a student who would manage a hostel type of accommodation, a soldier in service or somebody who cannot afford ANYTHING else, and wondering were NOT to stay, that would be the ideal place for you to consider. Its basically a tiny hostel, which is charged far more than one of its kind, with 2 shower rooms and two toilets (3 rooms in total, one can be used for both shower and wc) serving 12 cubes (some of them host two people). So as you can imagine, it was unavoidable not to wait in big queues if you wanted to take a leak or anything, and they weren't always clean, because that cannot happen realistically under these terms... As far as the cubes that we stayed in, they were like big boxes as you can see in the pictures, which were one above and beside the other using the same wooden walls and using altogether very little space, which you can not see in the provided pictures. When you get in and close them, you feel like living in a tomb. The construction of those tubes is very basic and cheap, which made our slightest movement audible to our close cohabitants, even an almost whispered talk, even a small cough. We could also hear them as well, even though everyone was trying to be polite and quiet according to the rules, so its like living alone in a coffin, but not so much, at least as far our experience goes. Apart from that, because the wooden cubes are made poorly, eveytime someone moved a little bit (im not exaggerating) you could hear a loud sound that would keep you awake at night! To be able to get in the cube they provide you a code, which in our case sometimes couldn't work correctly and wouldn't open the door, because the mechanism was also very cheap and didn't provide real security.

Great location near Railway station. Spend one night before go airport. Bed is soft and nice. Inside capsule is clean ang good.

Locker code doesnt work correctly. Can open only with help of staff. Great is support answer quickly and problem was solved fast

The cabins are clean and tidy...unfortunately a bit of noisy they squeak with every movement

The Location is very close to the train station, coffee maker is awesome, the common areas are comfortable and you can bring your own food

There wasn’t always hot water, beds grind with every movement and on the last day we ran out of coffee cups, I sent an e-mail to staff but didn’t respond

Clean and good location. Bathrooms clean and bed in box clean and comfortable.

Not really my thing to sleep in a small box with no windows I guess I am a bit too old for this kind of accommodation and difficult to go to toilet in the night and then it was shared with others as was the shower room.
