Great for it's price
It's quite a small Ibis but it offers everything you expect - clean rooms at reasonable prices. Our room was quite small but for a short stay it was more then enough. Location is okayish, there is a bus that takes you to central Basel but ir runs only once an hour. Personnel was very friendly and helped with whatever we needed. Huge plus for included airport shuttle, there was no problem in arranging transport at 5am.
Even though we arrived around 4pm our room was still not ready, but it wasn't a huge deal as they found different room within 15 minutes.

Excellent hotel if flying out of Mulhouse airport.
Free airport shuttle even at 5:30 am! Good location in small town. Many restaurants nearby even open on a Sunday night. A proper sized shower with good pressure. Very helpful staff. Hotel is modern.
Nothing not to like! Beware that train stop is Saint Louis not Mulhouse. My mistake.

Nice stay for a stop on a longer trip
the room was big enough, the bed very confortable, the breakfast excellent, the garage secure. The staff friendly and helpful.
The control of the AC did not seem to work properly: the fan was alzways at the same speed and the temperature too high despite all my tentatives to set it lower.

The room was adequate but didn't feel safe in the neighborhood
Our flight left before breakfast was offered. We thoroughly appreciated the air conditioning. It helped us get a good night's sleep since we had to get up sor a 4:30am departure. We appreciated the free shuttle that took us to the airport. I booked the hotel based on that. The room was adequate for a brief overnight stay
I had difficulty understanding the staff at the front desk. They had such a heavy accent it was difficult for me to understand their English. They also had trouble understanding us. The guy in the morning said he could understand a British accent but not American. We told him we had trouble understanding him as well. Also, the dining room was closed so we could not eat our dinner there. I understand that the people were on holiday but it gave us very no options as we didn't feel safe walking around the neighborhood

Fantastic Breakfast but not the most welcoming hotel.
Nice clean room with a good shower and fresh towels. Breakfast was very good and they had a lot of options including scrambled, egg and bacon which was a nice touch.
The receptionist wasn't the most welcoming and seemed to be in a mood. They also lacked a luggage room. So after checkout we had to drag our luggage around town for a few hours before our flight in the evening.
