A one night stay in order to be close to the airport. No bar facilities (will soon be resolved) meant a wander down the road to a suitable supermarket to acquire supplies. The normal size and design of room suited our needs. The staff were great and managed to sort an airport shuttle after we had omitted to book it on arrival.

The hotel was good. It was easy to check in and check out. They set up an airport shuttle for us to leave, however, we were not able to set up one for our arrival. The surrounding area had many good restaurants and even a top-rated bakery just outside.

It’s a nice Hotel, convenient for the airport and railway connections. The neighbourhood was good too, the hotel itself is a standard IBIS although I didn’t like the bathroom which all moulded plastic, just felt that it let it down.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly. We needed to have our taxi pick us up early because of our early flight time. The staff allowed us to eat breakfast before the dining room was opened. We really appreciated it.

Took payment twice without informing me they would do so. I booked through hotels.com pay at hotel and used my UK bank card to reserve and was explicitly told at point of booking that card would not be charge, then used a different international bank card at the hotel to pay but payment was taken from both cards. Only realised after check out and rang them and they told me this was standard practice on their website which isn’t the case, so then rang hotels.com who rang through to the hotel who said this was because I hadn’t paid with a French bank card so they charged me a deposit which would be refunded in a few weeks! Why she couldn’t tell me this over the phone myself when I rang I don’t know! I have stayed at hotels all over the world and whenever I have to pay a deposit they tell you at check in and ask which card you want to pay it from, not just take it from the one you have used to reserve without explicitly telling you. Also refund is a few days at other hotels, not a few weeks. Other than this the hotel is extremely tired, uncomfortable pillows, very hot rooms and aircon does not go below 20 in winter so was boiling hot and we barely slept. Also no water fountain and only had litre bottles of water which are a ridiculous price to say we only wanted a bit of water for overnight.

Friendly staf and very clean hotel if you heading Colmar , Mulhouse or Strasbourg you will have best transfer gare in saint louis . Breakfast buffet is super wish French croissant s. You may also very close to Basel. Hotel shuttle to euro airport is great service

This is a very efficiently operated hotel. Quiet, and close to the airport. Excellent restaurant next door. A breakfast that would be hard to top in most hotels in the US. A professional staff that was very helpful with its customers.
