Der ausgesprochen nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber vermietet zwei Zimmer in seiner Wohnung, Küche und Bad werden von allen gemeinsam genutzt, womit man kochen und die Waschmaschine nutzen kann. Wäsche trocknet auf der Dachterrasse in Rekordzeit. Mein Zimmer war ausgesprochen groß, mit einem bequemen Doppelbett und einem Standventilator ausgestattet. Der Preis ist für Florenz wohl unschlagbar, und zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr sind es nur gute 5 Minuten. Wer gut zu Fuß ist, erreicht das historische Zentrum in guten 25 Minuten. Im Nachbareingang findet sich eine ausgezeichnete Bäckerei.
Im Hochsommer wäre eine Klimaanlage eine gute Idee.

I stayed for 3 days in early July 2026 during the heatwave. The room stayed cool with just a fan. The location is in a nice quiet neighborhood away from the city center. There are two bakeries nearby. Regular buses are available just minutes walk away. The apartment is quiet and Michele is a fantastic host.
