Doesn't worth the stay look for others in the nearby area

Its close to city centre thats the only advantage

Bad wifi Its very old closets are broken the heating is not working ( they claim heating start at 6 pm but that nver does so the rooms are cold )

Good Location and Comfortable

It is a good location. Walkable to all sightseeing locations. Very near to the Train station. Market for essential goods nearby. The person at the desk was very courteous and helpful.

loved it, great location and great price but needs some fixing up

staff was super nice, i checked in around 11:30pm and i received a whole video on how to check in super helpful. bed was comfy, shower had shampoo conditioner and wash so that was very nice

couldn’t feel air on a top bunk, couldn’t fall asleep cause of it, one of the toilets doesn’t work and the other has a crack on the seat

It was terrible. I stayed there for two nights and encountered snoring people, which made it impossible to sleep.

I would definitely recommend this hostel.

I would like to compliment the cleanliness, location and the staff - very professional, polite and accommodating, great communication. Definitely great place for shorter stays and exploring Florence.

I would suggest having a shoe rack in front of the rooms, more hangers, the doors are quite noisy as well as some beds.

Good for sightseeing

It's close to the train station and to all the places worth sightseeing. A staff member was very kind in helping us to get the Uffizi tickets. Good working AC. There is a good breakfast/lunchroom at the corner named Fibbi, definitely worth visiting. Bathroom was clean, even though it's shared (water can be hot or cold or streaming or dripping in any order).

It's kind of overpriced for what you get, but it's Florence so yeah... There isn't WiFi in the garden, so I guess people were checking their phones from their rooms.The atmosphere in the hostel was quite boring. We weren't looking for a party hostel, but a few people to talk to would be nice.

The showers were bad. The pressure and temperature constantly changing… although during this hot weather a cold shower wasn’t a bad thing. There are areas that could be tidied up.

It was ok for 1 night but no more

Location was perfect, staff communication was good and informative

the apartment is dirty, dusty in places, the dishes are stained and not washed very well. Several spoons and forks - just one each. The condition of the apartment is 3, everything is old, the doors of the shelves fall off, the dining table staggers.

Very firm and comfortable twin bed. Light breakfast included.

The one (of three) showers that I used needed a new washer to seal up the shower hose head. Over half the water just ran down the hose and not out the spray head.
