    Needed a hotel not too far from airport for just one night and accessible by tram, plus within my budget. Hotel is old but overall adequate for our needs. Bonus was the free breakfast.

    Mosquitos attacked us all might. Bedsheets were not clean when I arrived. Close to airport was the only reason why we stayed here.

    DO NOT STAY HERE. Hostile Staff and Disgraceful Management. The absolute worst service I have ever received in Italy (02-May-2026). The level of service is underground. - Abysmal Breakfast: Even though it ends at 10:00 AM, most of the food was gone and not replenished by 9:35 AM. I had to wait 10 minutes for cutlery that was delivered still dripping wet. - Abusive Staff: A waitress named *** literally SHOUTED in my face just because I asked for bread. Instead of apologizing, she displayed an arrogant, defiant, and provocative attitude, creating a truly hostile experience. - The Blame Game - No Accountability: The waitstaff told us to "complain to the reception" because they are "just employees and understaffed for the actual need," while blaming other guests for eating too much. The reception then promptly shifted the blame back to the waitresses. There was zero goodwill to fix the situation. - The Refund Insult: They only refunded €10 after we had to argue twice and explicitly demand it. This doesn't even show a willingness to try and save face after failing at every level of hospitality. *** The management is a total failure. A €10 refund does not compensate for the blatant lack of respect when the service is this pathetic. -------------------------------------------- [ITALIANO] NON SOGGIORNATE QUI. Personale ostile e gestione scandalosa. Il peggior servizio ricevuto in Italia. Il livello del servizio è sotto terra. - Colazione pessima: Finisce alle 10:00, ma alle 9:35 il piu degli alimenti era finito, e non rimpiazzato. Ho aspettato 10 minuti per delle posate consegnate ancora bagnate. - Personale aggressivo: Una cameriera di nome *** mi ha URLATO in faccia solo perché ho chiesto del pane. Invece di scusarsi, è stata arrogante e provocatoria. - Scaricabarile: Il personale di sala ci ha detto di "lamentarci con la reception" perché loro sono "solo dipendenti e in numero limitato rispetto al bisogno reale", incolpando gli altri ospiti per aver mangiato troppo. La reception ha prontamente ri-scaricato la colpa sulle cameriere. Nessuna volontà di rimediare. - L'insulto del rimborso: Ci hanno rimborsato 10€ solo dopo aver discusso due volte e averlo preteso.
