Terrible experience

Nothing. It was canceled by hotels.com I received an email saying a refund would be processed, then the host contacted me saying it did not get cancelled and he “hopes” I get my money back from booking.com because he’s already been paid. I haven’t received anything from booking.com in response to multiple requests.

Location was excellent. The people you deal with are genuinely helpful. It’s an amazing choice I would highly recommend.

Don’t leave the window open when you’re not there. We did and lost 1500 euro. We know because the door was unlocked went we returned, and we know with certainty it was locked when we left. This is not on the owners, that was our trusting oversight.

Siamo stati benissimo in questo appartamento super pulito, letto comodo, bagno comodissimo con doccia molto spaziosa. Comodo il check in e il check out in autonomia con serratura elettronica con codice. Posizione ottima a neanche 5 minuti a piedi dalla Basilica di San Francesco.

O local é muito bom, junto ao ponto de ônibus, facilita muito para as malas O apartamento muito novo e limpo, funcional e com todos os utensilios

A água quente acabou, era um dia frio, esperamos um pouco e tudo se resolveu Na chegada o código de entrada nao funcionou, mas o dono prontamente apareceu e reconfigurou

Bellissimo appartamento

La posizione della struttura è a due passi dai luoghi di maggior interesse, la pulizia e l'ordine. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

L'unica cosa che l'appartamento non era molto riscaldato, c'era un condizionatore che però non riesce a riscaldare tutto. Per il resto siamo stati veramente bene.

“Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo appartamento per un weekend e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta! Impeccabilmente curato e pulito; il soggiorno/cucina una vera chicca! L’ambiente è molto accogliente, luminoso e la posizione ottima. Non mi è mancato davvero niente e mi sono goduta appieno il soggiorno. Encomiabile la disponibilità e la gentilezza della Sig.ra Francesca. Complimenti e a presto!”

A localização excepcional e simpatia da proprietária

A localização é excepcional, a poucos passos da Basílica de São Francisco e a 5 min a pé da paragem dos autocarros para a estação de comboios. Também gostei muito da limpeza e da simpatia da Francesca desde o momento da reserva. Disponibilizou-nós o check in a partir das 13. 30 e o check out até às 11h. Muitas Lojas, restaurantes e cafés nas proximidades. É muito fácil de visitar tudo a pé.

Nas duas noites em que ficámos no apartamento havia um barulho irritante, que parecia de algum andar superior, até cerca da meia noite e logo de manhã cedo. A água quente do banho tem uma duração limitada. No primeiro dia eu demorei um pouco mais no banho e o meu marido já não teve água quente. Os cabides do armário que está no quarto estão numa posição completamente inconveniente. Estão colocados demasiadamente altos. Muito pouco prático. Também não gostei da porta de entrada dar para o quarto. Do quarto passa-se para a cozinha e da cozinha para a casa de banho.

手机完全没有信号，石室修行必备措施，需要完全与世隔绝的不二选择，另外要注意wifi密码要全大写。

L'appartamento è centralissimo, è stato ristrutturato di recente, è pulito ed è completo di tutto ciò che serve per passare alcuni giorni a visitare la bellissima Assisi. Molto bello aver trovato le cialde per il caffè, sale e olio.

Si vede che l'appartamento è stato ristrutturato da poco e sistemato in chiave moderna. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario per trascorrere piacevolmente anche brevi soggiorni come purtroppo è stato il nostro.Non da sottovalutare la posizione a pochi passi dalla Basilicata di San Francesco. Precisa e molto disponibile Francesca padrona dell'immobile.
