Excellent stay in the heart of Assisi

The aprtment is very comfortable, clean and spacious. The host is very helpful. He even did free laundry for us since we were expecting a washing machine available (mentioned in the listing). It is also very central, close to everywhere. Overall it's a great stay at Andrea's place

A cozy place in a good location

The room was clean and quite spacious. The check-in was smooth, the host was responsive. Overall, it was cozy and comfortable. We would recomment it.

The ceiling isn't very well isolated, so you can hear people in the room above you. However, it wasn't problematic at night.

in the summer it’s becomes to warm inside the room, there’s no ventilator or airconditioning, the sink didn’t work properly and the fridge makes lot of noise.

Lovely space that needs sound proofing

The size of the apartment is good, and the bathroom and shower, and it had nice furnishings, and personal touches. Check in was easy and host vey communicative

Unfortunately I checked out early, even though I had already paid. The apartment is very, very noisy, with traffic noise from a busy street outside and there appears to be absolutely no soundproofing around doors on windows, or maybe thick enough glass. Not an issue for people who don't care about noise, but for me Assisi was about quiet time and getting away from traffic and cars, and this was anything but. When I commented on this to the owner, she could only reply that the house was normally quiet, which was ridiculous - what, there was only traffic the day and night I was there??!! Also, the shower was broken and the owner seem very unconcerned about it, and I didnt feel like it was goin to get fixed any time soon. The shower curtain and bar also fell on stop pf me, and it was not doing a good job of stopping water from flooding the bathroom. Again, perhaps a small thing, but it all added up: There was the bare minimum of things to be able to cook and eat and clean up with, like a teatowel. I would think If you are booking an apartment you probably want to self cater, and this felt like of lack of care for this.

Magnifica sorpresa, in centro storico ad Assisi

Delizioso alloggio, curato nei dettagli, a due passi dal centro storico e dal grande parcheggio coperto. Disponibilità graditissima dell host e materasso superbo🥁

Solo una nota: il bidet è troppo attacato alla splendida cabina doccia, per cui di difficoltoso utilizzo

Soggiorno davvero piacevole! La struttura è accogliente, pulita e curata in ogni dettaglio. Il proprietario Andrea è stato gentile e sempre disponibile, facendoci sentire come a casa. La posizione è fantastica, vicina al centro. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consigliatissimo!

El apartamento más lindo, en la ciudad más linda de Italia

TODO, la decoración, las camas, el aroma, la limpieza, etc. Todo fantástico, volvería mil veces al mismo lugar. Ubicación genial, a unos pasos de la parada de bus y a minutos de la Basílica de San Francisco. Andrea además, muy amable y muy atento a nuestras necesidades. El piso recomendable 100% Ah, y Asis! Hermoso!!!!

Meraviglioso

Monolocale arredato con cura, centrale e molto pulito. Tende oscuranti alla portafinestra per garantire un buon riposo, cucina munita di tutto l'essenziale, bagno nuovo con asciugamani bianchi candidi. Proprietario super gentile. Ci ha permesso di entrare prima dell'orario di check in. Grazie mille Andrea :)

B&B Assisi Borgo San Pietro

Appartamento nuovo indipendente, le strade principali di Assisi sono raggiungibili facilmente. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e facilmente reperibile via whatsapp per qualsiasi richiesta.

L'unica pecca é stata la mancanza di aria condizionata. Nonostante fosse quasi fine settembre il caldo si è fatto sentire e non ci sono finestre per fare circolare aria, l'unica apertura è la porta di ingresso che presenta una finestra, ma non molto sicura da lasciare aperta la notte.

Muy buena ubicación, cerca del centro, la parada del bus desde y hacia la estacion y la Basilica de San Francisco, el lugar muy limpio y de buen gusto, todo nuevo y muy amable Andrea. Hay cosas básicas como platos, vasos, cubiertos, tostadora, café, te, azúcar y sal. Hay secador de cabello también. Disfrutamos mucho de la estadía en Assisi y del departamento. Quisiera volver a Assisi y volvería a quedarme en Torretta Dependance! Muchas gracias, Andrea!

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko najważniejszych atrakcji Asyżu, aneks wyposażony w najpotrzebniejsze naczynia, działająca kuchenka, lodówka, zamrażarka i mikrofalówka. Łóżko małżeńskie + małe łóżko pojedyncze. Dostępne ręczniki, suszarka i płyn do mycia ciała. Jak na cenę bardzo dobre warunki

Soggiorno tutto sommato sereno che di notte risulta essere silenzioso.

Monolocale pulito dotato dell'indispensabile. Ubicato in posizione ottima per raggiungere le basiliche di S. Francesco e le altre al centro storico. Parcheggio a pagamento 14.00 E/die.

Si potrebbe migliorare la funzionalità della doccia sostituendo l'incerata presente con una chiusura in vetratura e apporre il portasapone nel piatto doccia che è abbastanza grande.

위치가 매우 좋다

•체크인 하려고 숙소에 도착했지만 주인은 답장이 없었다. 때문에 밖에서 비를 맞으면서 기다려야 했다. 결국 이탈리아에 거주하고 있는 지인에게 도움을 요청해서 Pin번호를 힘겹게 받아서 들어갔다. •베개와 이불에서 냄새가 심하게 나서 우리는 그것을 사용할 수 없었고 수건을 침대 위에 깔고 이불을 덮지 않고 옷을 껴입고 힘겹게 잠을 잤다. 주인은 이불을 세탁할 필요가 있다. •욕실에 선반이 한개도 없었다. 우리의 소지품을 올려둘 공간이 없다. 매우 불편. •방음이 안되어 윗집의 말하는 소리가 다 들려서 시끄러웠다.
