very nice and comfortable lodgings. It was the coldest part of the year and I didn't need to use any heating. Beautiful views out over valley and beyond to sea. Its about 5-8 min drive off state highway 1- if you're entering Brooks road heading from north be very very careful as there is no dedicated turn off bay. If there is heavy traffic it would be safer to drive onto the next right turn with a dedicated turning bay where you can turn around and go back.
No milk for tea or coffee so make sure to pick some up before arrival

It was exactly what I like rural and peaceful.
Only spent one night so can’t really say anything bad. I think the deck area will be a winner in summer if it is covered.
