We loved the water front view while relaxing in the lounge of the house absolutely spectacular. The Waitaraka Harbour with yacht movements on the Moana was soothing and relaxing as a matter of fact one of my family members got a normal chair to sit right up close to the glass sliding doors to focus on the view that much more.
For my 2 other family members they feel the cold so either a Heat Pump or Curtains/Drapes implemented in the lounge area will cut down on that as the cold was felt coming through the glass.

The food was good. We thought it was a motel but it was a B&B. It was advertised as a motel. But we were very well treated.
We were looking forward to do our own thing in our own time. Everything else was fine.
