About this apartment rental

Located in Asse, this welcoming apartment lets you experience it all. Jump into your car and make short work of the 7-minute drive to Atomium or the 11-minute drive to Brussels Christmas Market (and enjoy the property's convenient onsite parking in the meantime). If you're looking to expand your horizons and see other nearby locales, you can catch a train at Zellik Station, a short 12-minute walk away.

This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom rental features a living room, a dining area, premium bedding, and blackout drapes/curtains. Enjoy the free WiFi and TV. In addition, there's a deep soaking tub, along with free toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a stovetop, and a full-sized refrigerator/freezer, as well as an espresso maker, an electric kettle, and a microwave. I stayed here for 4 nights alone. I normally travel to Brussels every fortnight for work and stay for a week at different hotels and apartments. Pros : - the property is well decorated. It’s spacious. - the owner is bilingual, friendly and approachable. - the owner let me use their condiments and spreads. - plenty of gadgets and good quality cutlery in the kitchen. - the owner followed up on my stay to see if I’m ok. - there is an ironing table. - very high speed internet (100mbps+) - great big 65 inch smart tv. - great views from balcony, sunny and airy. Cons : - The property was a little dusty. The wardrobe was dusty - no hangers in the wardrobe. - the pillows were really soft, very crumbly. - only 1 towel given, no spares - toilet lacks exhaust fan - you could hear the neighbours. The walls are fairly thin Most of the above cons could have been sorted if I had told the property owner about this, but I was just too busy with work.
