Responsive host communicated all the necessary information proactively. The place is located in a quiet part of the city and within walking distance of a Carrefour supermarket. Free parking is available about 100 meters away. It’s also conveniently located with easy access to highways, making travel to Ghent or Antwerp.
One downside is that the living room curtains are quite thin and let in a lot of light, which can make it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed. It would be great if the host could replace them with blackout curtains.

The location is good and the free parking at the Carrefour is a real bonus.
Convenient for shopping, filling up with gas, or washing the car.
There was no light on the ceiling in the room, only the cables, but the extra lamp is sufficient. If you sleep in the living room, the curtains are not enough to block out the light from the neon sign opposite (not a problem for me).
The cleanliness of the toilets and brushes, plus dust under the microwave.

The location is very nice and convenient. It is close to a mall and Carrefour, easy to walk around, and very practical if you are traveling by car, as parking was straightforward.
The host was also very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with.
She handled the situation responsibly and brought us an additional portable heater, which helped a lot and made the stay much more comfortable.
We stayed during a very cold period in Brussels, and upon arrival there was only one heater in the living room. The apartment was quite cold for the three of us, and the first night was challenging as we had to sleep wearing our coats. We also experienced some inconsistency with the hot water, as it would occasionally turn cold, and the shower water was not very hot.
Additionally, although there was a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment, both were unplugged and not usable during our stay. Having them available would have been a nice additional plus.
