Despite some initial challenges with heating and hot water, the host’s kindness, responsiveness, and the convenient loca

The location is very nice and convenient. It is close to a mall and Carrefour, easy to walk around, and very practical if you are traveling by car, as parking was straightforward. The host was also very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She handled the situation responsibly and brought us an additional portable heater, which helped a lot and made the stay much more comfortable.

We stayed during a very cold period in Brussels, and upon arrival there was only one heater in the living room. The apartment was quite cold for the three of us, and the first night was challenging as we had to sleep wearing our coats. We also experienced some inconsistency with the hot water, as it would occasionally turn cold, and the shower water was not very hot. Additionally, although there was a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment, both were unplugged and not usable during our stay. Having them available would have been a nice additional plus.

The location is good and the free parking at the Carrefour is a real bonus. Convenient for shopping, filling up with gas, or washing the car.

There was no light on the ceiling in the room, only the cables, but the extra lamp is sufficient. If you sleep in the living room, the curtains are not enough to block out the light from the neon sign opposite (not a problem for me). The cleanliness of the toilets and brushes, plus dust under the microwave.

Fatal. Apartamento sin las comodidades para una buena estancia. Se pasa mucho frío, hay un sólo radiador para todo el apartamento y lo encienden y apagan a voluntad. Estaba muy sucio, había mugre y grasa por todas partes en cocina y baño. Cuando te duchas te llega el agua al tobillo porque el desagüe no traga. No hay sábanas suficientes para las camas, ni mantas para paliar el frío que se pasa. Es un apartamento que le sobra a alguien, pero no está gestionado para el alquiler. Cuando indicamos al casero que a las 11 de la noche habían apagado la calefacción y que no estaba limpio, nos indicó que nos podíamos marchar. UU

Silenzioso, tranquillo, amplio e pulito

Amplio, pulito e ben arredato. ci sono tutte le facilities anche se non sono indicate su booking. Lavatrice, lavastoviglie, asciugacapelli , c'è tutto quello che ti serve compresi lenzuola ed asciugamani. "..Devi sono portarti lo shampoo..." parole dell' Host, che è stato molto gentile. La posizione è periferica ma ben collegata. Direi posizione eccezionale se pensi di affittare un'auto per fare delle gite a gent, brugge, anversa, sei in 5 min. in autostrada. A 300mt c'è un bel parco , un centro commerciale sotto casa, e la fermata del tram a 400mt.

Il guest ha lasciato solo asciugamani da doccia e per il divano letto solo il lenzuolo di sotto. Comunque ci siamo arrangiati senza interfacciarci con il guest
