L'appartement est très propre

Le boîtier qui permet de regarder la télévision n'avait pas de télécommande, alors que le boîtier en lui-même marche très bien. La douche ne fonctionne pas bien. Il n'y avait pas d'essuie-mains dans la cuisine. Il n'y avait surtout PAS de draps pour le canapé convertible, ce qui le rendait inutilisable sans ramener les siens, et seulement 2 serviettes, pour 3 convives.

It is spacious and close to bus stop. There’s also a shopping mall next door. Kitchen equipped for basic needs

Washing machine and dishwashing machine are both disconnected and not working, which would be nice to use during stay. We stayed during hot days and there was no air conditioner or at least fan. We tried to cool down apartment by widely opening windows at night but the lights from the street disturbed our sleep. The mattress is VERY firm.

La decoración del apartamento era muy bonita, cocina y salón muy amplios con varias opciones de menaje. La terraza muy grande para tomar el aire. Se puede aparcar muy bien en la zona.

Solo había dos sábanas de las cuales una estaba rota y la otra tenia tantas bolas que era imposible dormir en ella. La cafetera y el lavavajillas no funcionaban. No hay armario para colgar la ropa.

The location is very nice and convenient. It is close to a mall and Carrefour, easy to walk around, and very practical if you are traveling by car, as parking was straightforward. The host was also very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. She handled the situation responsibly and brought us an additional portable heater, which helped a lot and made the stay much more comfortable.

We stayed during a very cold period in Brussels, and upon arrival there was only one heater in the living room. The apartment was quite cold for the three of us, and the first night was challenging as we had to sleep wearing our coats. We also experienced some inconsistency with the hot water, as it would occasionally turn cold, and the shower water was not very hot. Additionally, although there was a washing machine and a dishwasher in the apartment, both were unplugged and not usable during our stay. Having them available would have been a nice additional plus.
