Appartement spacieux et lumineux pour 8, Lyon 1er

The location was excellent and in a beautiful building. It was within easy walking distance to the old town, had wonderful restaurants all around the apartment, and there was a supermarket around the corner. The apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished. The beds were very comfortable- in fact the best sofa beds I’ve ever come across. We were 4 women travelling together, so this allowed us to each have a bed & gave us space as well. It was very well fitted out with everything we needed in the kitchen, & 2 drying racks for clothes in the laundry. One of my friends had to work while we were there, so it was great to have a desk where she could set up for herself out of everyone’s way.

There were stairs up to the first floor, which was difficult with heavy suitcases, even though there was a lift, which apparently we weren’t allowed to use. We also had a problem getting on to the internet. The hosting service did try to remedy the situation & were prompt with replies.

Les points forts : très bien placé, grand, plutôt joli. Les chambres sont spacieuses.

Les points faibles : l’appartement était sale, miette un peu partout, plaque de cuisson sale, nous avons alerté à propos de la douche le syphon était complètement bouché je n’ai reçu aucune réponse, les spots lumineux étaient à moitié grillés. Il y avait encore du stock de masquage au plafond. C’est très dommage. On dirait qu’à part avoir fait les lits, l’appartement n’avait pas était nettoyé. L’alarme du logement se déclenche aléatoirement sans qu’aucun code de nous ai été donné. Aussi bien qu’un ascenseur soit présent, une plaque est posée pour dire que les locataires de ce logement n’ont pas le droit de l’utiliser. Malgré des échanges dans le chat et un mail il n’y a eu aucune réponse.
