Well equipped kitchen
Could be cleaner, especially the ventilation points on the ceiling, we also payed 120 pounds for the cleaning, that is a lot for the mediocre clean appartment

Spacious and just a short walk from the Haymarket tram/train station.
No elevator to the third floor, not suitable to carry heavy bags up the stairs.

Nice location;
spacious flat;
kitchen in good shape;
design elements in the living room;
very warm.
there were stains on the bedding;
highly unpleasant smell in the living room;
the boiler stopped working and needed repair;
very squeaky floors;
overall the flat is noticeably worn out, with stains on ceilings etc.
