Amazing space to spend a few days in the city!

Very spacious apartment, great location, nice part of the city and had everything we needed during our 3 night stay. The picture of all the pub stops on the wall was a VERY helpful touch!

We had one minor issue with knowing how to properly lock the door which wasn't super clearly laid out in instructions but we figured it out quickly and they were responsive when we brought up the issue.

Great location, couple of minor issues.

The door handle to the flat was loose. Previous renters should have reported this (maybe they did). It got so bad that when we left we couldn’t actually lock the door. Also very noisy bathroom fan. Using the bathroom light in he night meant waking up my partner. There were 2 almost identical TV remotes but no info as to which did what.

Great for a short break, close to lots of restaurants and shops, very comfortable living.

Location was perfect, very easy to reach in walking distance of all the main attractions. We had everything we needed including toiletries, communication with the host was very good. Would definitely stay again.

Cigarette smell on entering the property through the corrider was a little off putting.

Inside the apartment, it was great except for the dog fur. Didnt lack anything. Dishes were clean.

The main door lock was broken and each time took me around 5-10mins to open it while it was raining. I mail the host still no answer on this. There was dog fur.

Comfortable home away from home

The space of the apartment and location were amazing. Close to a bus stop, close to co-op supermarket, close to plenty of restaurants. The cleaning lady was so nice during my checking out

Perfect stay for a few days.

This place was nice and spacious. It was April and still cold, but the heating was really good and we could get warm. The living room was great and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed for our stay. The neighborhood is vibrant, and down the street there's a grocery shop. A bit further down the road there's a few very nice pubs and restaurants, and the bus stop to the center of the city is about 300m away.

The location is a bit out, but other things make up for it. It was a bit pricy, too, but we've seen that in Edinburgh that's the case if you want to stay in a place that's not derelict.

Superhog/pass the keys NIGHTMARE

The apartment itself was very nice, clean and spacious. The front door to the building was quite shabby and in need of a face lift.

Had to use Superhog and also "pass the keys". NEVER again will I book any property using this process. Absolutely horrendous, I was getting Wattsapp messages from a spammer claiming to represent the property and repeatedly asking for my credit card details. At the moment I don't know if Superhog have taken any money from my card until I get my statement. Really really awful process. I have booked loads of properties with booking.com and never had a problem but if this is the way ahead for them then I certainly won't be using them in the future.

Disappointed

Cleanliness

Awful smell from the bathroom that lasted our entire stay. Got an air freshener but made no difference. Made my wife heave. No radio or complimentary toiletries as were stated in info. At almost £600 for 3 nights this was very disappointing. I can't recommend anyone visit this apartment.

Lovely, comfortable apartment.

the property was brilliantly located. restaurants abounded in the neighbourhood and it was very quiet. transport was great. The facilities were lovely and the apartment was very comfortable.

The internet was no as good as it could be. I understand that things can malfunction and are sometimes unavoidable.

Absolutely nothing!! Do NOT waste your money booking here!

Everything! When we arrived the apartment was filthy, the whole building/apartment was awful! Me and partner booked somewhere else because we didn't feel safe or comfortable being there. The beds weren't made and was full of stains and hair. Towels were full of makeup stains and just left on the floors, the kitchen worktops were full of bread crumbs and coffee stains. Disgusting!! Nice try getting a refund if anything like this happens to you, they just ignore your messages.

Alles aanwezig en groot genoeg je voelt je snel thuis. Goede uitvalsbasis net buiten het centrum met supermarkt en restaurantjes dichtbij.

Tv connectie deed het helaas niet maar dat was eigenlijk ook weer niet erg want we kwamen niet hierheen om tv te kijken
