The Coates Gardens Residence

Lugnt område, mycket lättillgänglig kollektivtrafik. Uppskattat att det fanns två uppsättningar nycklar. Mycket bra instruktioner förutom att slå på elementen. Brasa i vatdagsrummet är en extra förmån.

Det var lite kallt. Elementen var inte på och vi förstod tyvärr inte instruktioner för värmpannan. Ett förslag är att tillföra en bild på lägenhetsdörren tillsammans med informationen om kod till nyckelboxen. Alt. information om att det står "Ramsay" på dörren.

Perfekte Lage! Alle Highlight sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar und sonst ist der Bahnhof gleich um die Ecke. Die Wohnung ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail wunderschön eingerichtet.

Nichts

Výborná poloha, kľudná časť mesta, cca 15 min pešo do centra. Krásny byt v starobritskom štýle.

Pre 5 dosť malé, pre 4 akurát. Toaleta s kúpelňou spolu - pri 5 ľuďoch ráno nepraktické.

It was convenient to the city. The kitchen was good and well appointed. It was compfortable enough.

I asked about parking and was told that there was no designated parking but that there was parking in the street. The street parking comprised of parking on one side of the road that was for residents only. On the other side of the road the parking was limited to 4 hours between 8.30am - 6 (or was it 6.30) pm at a cost of GBP 4.95 an hour. What were we to do with 2 cars??? The pots at the front door with dead plants in them, the filthy porch and the dirty and untidy entrance hall did not give a good first impression. The TV had Foxtel but no code to get into it. We seemed unable to watch free to air TV as well. The bathroom was adequate. The mixer tap on the basin needs to be changed so that the water doesn't splash down into the cupboard underneath.
