Hope Park 3 Bedroom Apartment - Edinburgh

Lokalita ubytovania bola vynikajúca , zastávka bola hneď pred dverami , o ulicu ďalej bol obchod a plno úžasných reštaurácii . Ubytovateľ bol nonstop k dispozícii a ochotne odpovedal na naše dotazy. Veľmi profesionálny prístup. Ubytovanie samo o sebe prekonalo moje očakávania , čo sa týka pohodlia. Postele boli pohodlné , nevŕzgali a vôbec mi neprekážalo , že boli menšie. Spoločenská miestnosť bola využitá na večerné posedenia pri televízii v pohodlí gauča a kresiel. Kuchyňa bola plne vybavená.

Nepáčila sa nám toaleta , kde nebol ventilátor, umývadlo kde bol kohútik na teplu a studenú vodu a nevedeli sme si to korigovať. Okná v spoločenskej miestnosti (obývačke) netesnili ani chlad ani hluk ulice.

The flat is looking straight to The Meadows park where you can have a walk, enjoy the cherry blossom if you are visiting in spring like us. It is a classic Scottish style house and we enjoyed its vintage decor. Property has all the basic needs for you. It was recently painted when we visited and everything was clean.

For a 3 bedroom property where roughly 6 people can sleep, there is only 1 toilet. It also has a shower in the master bedroom and maybe would have been better to have another toilet there.

L'appartamento é bellissimo, in vero stile scozzese. Ci ritornerei. Lo consiglio.

E' la prima volta che ci chiedono di verbalizzare con foto l'entrata e l'uscita, ma é comprensibile dal momento che l'alloggio è arredato con complementi di lusso.

Location was fine

Lots of stains on carpets. Fair bit of dust around fire places. Kitchen floor was very sticky to walk on. Plinths missing in Kitchen. Only managed to run half a warm bath. I would've thought knowing that 5 people were arriving that the hot water would've been turned on for our arrival. I have the same system at home and know its probably 2hrs to heat the hot water cylinder back up. But having said that the central heating was amazing. Which was great as it was quite cold. For a big flat it heated up quickly and stayed warm. Shower was a bit hit and miss. And the shower room was very dated. With the border around the top of the wall. But having said all of the above it didn't spoil our stay. Beds were clean and comfortable and the flat size is amazing. It just needs some tlc. This is not a negative. Its for the owners to see what can be improved. Because its a old building and old buildings always need good maintenance. But that comes at a cost, that has to be weighed up with outgoing and cost to run the flat. Would I stay here again. Yes I would Because it a lovely slice of Edinburgh history in this flat and I respect that.
