15 minute walk from main station, quietish location and well equipped. Beds super comfortable and nice view of Arthur’s seat from the front door. Owners very flexible on bag drop too.
Just need to clean the ceiling lights which were a bit dusty.

This is a beautiful little apartment and is full of character. It was only 15 mins walk from Waverley and the Playhouse, so was perfect as we were seeing a show. We will definitely be back as it was absolutely perfect for us. So cosy and easy to find.

Just loved this place. Location was so convenient. apartment itself was spotlessly clean, decor immaculate, modern with vintage French overtones. Cleverly designed. Ivy was so helpful, and she replied so quickly to messages. Would highly recommend this property. I have posted several videos on TikTok (username UlsterLass).

Perfect location only a 10 minutes walk into the centre. Good value for money as hotels were so expensive so was ok for what we needed for a city break.
We got there late and the property was freezing, we turned the radiators on and they took ages to heat the room. First night we were cold. The bathroom and general decor needed upgrading, it was looking tired.
