Ice Cream Suite

Great stay and perfect location during the Fringe! With 4 people it was exactly what we were looking for. The sleeping arrangements were really comfortable (loved the mattress!), there was an amazing bakery and coffee around the corner and the place was within walking distance of downtown and all the venues. The apartment was clean, with a comfortable living room to chat in at the end of the day. Incredibly, the street was also really quiet during the night even with the proximity to the central streets. The price was also really reasonable during the Fringe! Exactly as advertised!

The location was convenient and easily accessible, any questions I had the owners were quick to respond and happy to help! I would absolutely come back here, me and my partner had a lovely time. The owner was so kind over message and has a clear genuine passion for the place, and sent the sweetest messages to us regarding our stay.

Perfect location only a 10 minutes walk into the centre. Good value for money as hotels were so expensive so was ok for what we needed for a city break.

We got there late and the property was freezing, we turned the radiators on and they took ages to heat the room. First night we were cold. The bathroom and general decor needed upgrading, it was looking tired.
