The location is good and the flat is very good. The pictures given are accurate. It's a duplex flat with the hall, dining area and kitchen on top. You enter the flat at this level. There are two bedrooms downstairs with two washrooms although the second one is a bit small.

About the flat nothing. The outside corridor though of the building is filthy. If you ignore that it's one of the best places.

The location was very good. The apartment was spacious. The beds were comfortable.

The description stated that there was a balcony. The balcony is a walkway outside the front of the property. It’s not a place to sit and relax. It was under stocked with crockery and kitchen utensils: no glasses or beakers, no oven trays, no oven gloves or teatowels … etc The mirrors weren’t near plug sockets (which is a trivial nitpick). The shower tray did not drain effectively, which was time consuming for a family of 5 to wait between showers. I felt it was very expensive despite the location due to some facilities lacking.
