Clean and tidy. Great location and easy to access.
No hot water and the toilet flusher didn’t work very well.

The receptionist was polite and very helpful.
The first room we were given had not been cleaned from the previous occupants. The new room had lumpy pillows and no hot water.

The help to check-in early and a swift response to challenges we experienced during our stay.
We had challenges with the heating and although efforts were made to resolve the issues with some stop-gap alternatives, it did not meet 100% of the needs. I trust that the team will close this out.

Good value for money
It was not clean at all, the work tops and surfaces including the floor, in the bathroom , the sink had brown dirty marks and very dusty
