Great location, excellent communication and ease of entry. Everything you need, cooking facilities, bathroom, beds, table and chairs TV etc
The mattresses need to be replaced, you can feel the springs. There were a few things that need addressing, but the team were very responsive and have taken comments on board.

The location was excellent, room and bathroom were very clean. Good communication with Annalise.
The bed mattresses were done, springs poking up very uncomfortable, told Annalise, she passed it on, nothing got done about it, we had to turn mattresses around. Room warm, couldn't open window as on front on bottom floor, fan helped a bit, no blind or net curtain in window.
