Weekend short stay in home town.

Convenience for station, bus station and town centre. Warm, spotless, secure, safe and comfortable. Well equipped beyond expectations and excellent value for money. Great TV!!

It was okay, if you need somewhere to stay. The staff were all friendly and helpful and did try to resolve the hot water

It was in a great location and was okay to stay.

The parking wasn’t available to had to park in the car parks behind and pay for parking per day. The sink wasn’t working properly so I had no hot water. The place needed a little touch up and was quite cold even with the heaters on.

9 day stay in Wolverhampton

Location was great, central, close to bus and train station, food and amenities. Room was a good size with kitchen and bathroom.

We stayed for 9 days so wish there was an option for towel replacement. There are no nearby laundry mats so the towels especially the floor/hand towel got dirty quite quickly. I appreciate its a non serviced apartment but perhaps supply extra towels, tea towels for extended stays. Also we had to buy cleaning products as none were supplied. Would be handy to supply these and a broom if it is expected to be left clean on checkout.

Was in the basement and stairs were steep and difficult to manage with cases. The stairwell was cold and even colder in the basement. The bed was uncomfortable and the bedding was itchy.

Is not value for money, how has hidden charges and agreements not posted on the listing and since you already paid which is non- refundable you have to accept the terms. Finally after fulfilling all the requirements, you still need to follow up and continue calling before they give you check-in details. In my case I had to call booking.com and waiting for their agent to alert them about this

Confortable studio

Perfect accomodation in the heart of Wolverhampton, near bus/train station, bars and shops. The studio had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I will definitely recommend and we'll be back in the near future.

Clean City Centre Stop Over

The studio apartment was a large room right in the centre of town and walkable to all amenities. It was spotlessly clean and had both cooking and chilling facilities. The decor was fresh and free WiFi was included. There was also an iron but no board for it.

There was a problem with my door lock mechanism that was resolved with the help of the on call operational manager but, be warned, any issues must be resolved by 17:00hrs on a Saturday. Being smack bang in the centre of town the twin bedded apartments are subject to nightlife activity and its noise. Single rooms to the rear are available for a fee. Also, check out was a prompt 10:00am which, on a Sunday, is not very user friendly for customers who, like me, have to work very late the night before. A later check out was available but incurred an inhibitive surcharge.

Good value, well located apartment

Fantastic location, really convenient for the station and centre. Good arrangements and communication with the host. Place was very clean but had a bit of a student vibe.

We had to pay a security deposit of £150, which is never ideal. But I guess it's understandable if the host has had bad experiences. My deposit was returned 3 days later without any prompting. There was a bit of street noise overnight, which was inevitable given the location and that we had the windows open. I would still want to book this apartment again if I was in the area.

Good stay will book again

Better if there were handles on the doors so you could close them. Had to use the letterbox on Main door to pull it closed. Apart from that everything good. Would book again even though very noisy street with traffic but it is a town centre location.

Good location, basic but clean and well equipped.

Great location. Facilities clean and well maintained. Photos on website not necessarily reflective of single occupancy room (all photos of doubles/studios which were much larger), might just have been my bad luck to not appreciate this!

WiFi didn't work. Door had a keypad lock - great for easy check in but expected a separate lock once inside the room which wasn't there, bit unsettling as a single female traveller!
