Easy to get the book in info, small open plan apartments have everything you need in them. Location is ideal for the city centre, and only a few minutes away from the train station or bus station for anyone travelling via public transport. Apartment was clean, and utilities included meant we didn't need to rely on buying takeaways as we could buy food and cook our own meals.
The TV is awkwardly positioned on the far wall, and the TV remote was broken, I'm sure this would be a simple issue that would be fixed right away, but we never watched the TV and instead just watched stuff on a laptop on the table at the foot of the beds so we didn't raise the issue

This is a great place to stay on business trips. It's great value for money and very centrally located. Check-in was very efficient and totally hassle-free. Great little apartment with a comfy bed. The kitchen area was surprisingly well equipped with utensils etc.
The only issue was the houskeeping team who basically were extremely noisy in the mornings by literally shouting at eachother so loudly from room to room - there was no chance of a peaceful morning. They could keep it a bit quieter for those who work later and get up later.

The location was excellent, room and bathroom were very clean. Good communication with Annalise.
The bed mattresses were done, springs poking up very uncomfortable, told Annalise, she passed it on, nothing got done about it, we had to turn mattresses around. Room warm, couldn't open window as on front on bottom floor, fan helped a bit, no blind or net curtain in window.
