Location and parking.

On arrival and going into room looked around and noticed toilet seat not connected to base, tap in kitchen area lying in sink, window handle one screw short and part of curtain blinds missing, so all in all not too a good overnight stay, hope you can fix these problems for the next visitor, Room 14

arrived to find no key in lock box first red flag! 3 young lads hanging around acting suspicious going up and down the stairs supposedly didn’t have a key for there room either. Myself and my partner both checked the lock box multiple times. Contacted the number we had, asked what was going on as mistakes happen everyone human give them the benefit of the doubt.to be asked to send a photo of see lock box as “the key was definitely put in”there basically accusing me of lying? The young lads knew the code for the lock box (massive red flag)and miraculously found the key in it. Opened the room it had been slept in rubbish on the floor bed unmade room was tiny not a stylish studio apartment as describe. Felt completely unsafe to stay especially knowing someone had been in our room and knew the codes for the key box’s. Had to book another hotel on the night it was an absolute disgrace.

Over all quite warm and near to all aminities.

There was only 1 towel between 2 people. No drying cloth for to dry dishes. Tv not working. Tap on sink had to be held as it fell off.

It was a new building.

The room was small. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The mattress was not have a proper mattress, there was head board. The tv didnt work properly and the room was not clean. The edges of the room were not clean. There was dust and insects. There was only one towel.

I like where it was location wise, good shops near by, easy to find, clean&tidy, shower was really nice & powerful.

The mattress was way too hard, dirt under the bed, batteries were going really flat in the tv remote.

I had to clean actual shit up left on a chair by the previous guest.

I had to clean a previous guests faeces from the chair that was in the room. The cleaning team had also left toe nail clippings from a previous guest and there were bugs crawling in the bathroom due to a damp problem. The door was also totally unlocked when I arrived and on alerting the landlord to this they replied they’d “check with their team” and hadn’t done this implying that I had. I enjoyed nothing about this trip.

Ideal location for football matches, nothing else.

No breakfast but location was perfect as 2 minute walk from Molineux stadium.

No TV, blinds didn't close properly so lack of privacy. Window also didn't close properly which i can imagine would be a bigger problem in the middle of winter.

Dirty, smelly and did not get any sleep. Would not recommend.Take your own bedding and room spray!

Dirty bedding, duvet was too small for the bed. Apartment wasn’t cleaned properly before my arrival despite the compulsory £30 cleaning fee. Food under the mattress. Mattress may as well have been a block of concrete. One hand towel and one body towel to share between 2 people. Bin in kitchen was overflowing with rubbish when we arrived. The smell!!! Words can’t describe the smell. I didn’t sleep a wink due to the dirty bedding and the smell. I ended up going over the road to Asda to buy clean bedding just so I could get some sleep. When I emailed the contact for the property and explained the above, my email was ignored.

Locality to city centre

There was only one towel for two of us, no hand towel and no floor mat for the shower. There was zero reception for the TV, so it was unwatchable. The bed was very hard with a very thin mattress. The building was very noisy with others in it slamming doors, babies and babies left screaming, which isn’t anyone’s fault… but isn’t conducive to getting a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t stay there again.

Very intimidating!

Room was clean and the shower was good. That is all! The whole experience was intimidating.

The other studio apartments seemed to be occupied by young men possibly refugees. There was a strong smell of weed in the corridors, lots of noise both inside and outside in the car park, cars pulling up at 3/4am with music blaring and drug deals going on right outside my room. It was a bit scary to say the least! Bed was very very hard Sleep was difficult because of the noise.

The place was an ideal place for my requirements as a base and place to sleep between hospital visits. Close to ASDA, walking distance to the city. The shower was brilliant.

The external key lock was tricky to open to leave the key behind, I discussed this and other details with the managers.

A small cheap chair/stool under the desk/table would be good as it was a bit of a stretch from the bed when using a laptop on the table, also a small shelf in the shower would be good as there is no where to hold shampoo/showergel etc but
