Would definitely use again. Good value for money,

Great property, hosts good communications, beds comfortable, modern kitchen and bathroom, and actually plenty of parking even though advertised one parking space only. Yes it is situated on a dual carriageway so a little noisy, but when you’ve had a couple of glasses of wine, you don’t really hear it!

Location was excellent for us as it was really close to the leisure centre WV Active.

The off road parking was straight off the dual carriageway, so was a bit hard to get out. Also steep slope out to the dual carriageway when leaving the car park. That said, there was plenty of parking.and the car was safe overnight. We had a few issues when we first arrived but after the booking.com team helped me contact the owner these were quickly resolved and the owner contacted me immediately to explain what had happened. Issue was resolved. Apartment itself had all the facilities and the bathroom was spacious and a great spa sized bathtub. The double bed mattress was rather uncomfortable but others had a great nice sleep.

Great location for access to the leisure village. Easy check in process and plenty of parking.

Entrance to the parking area is a bit tight when accessing from the road but thankfully the roads were quiet when we arrived. There was some noise from the flat below and from the road throughout the night.

Good value for money shame about the bedding

The rooms were large and it felt spacious. Parking was convenient and it was cheap. My brother and his family rented the upstairs and me and my family rented downstairs which worked well

I didnt like that the bedding looked old and the pillow cases and quilt. Keeping bedding clean and new is very important when running an Airbnb.

Would not have rented except for the convenient location near relative's house. Photos were dated.

The location was within walking distance of a relative's house, The kitchen was large and well equipped, but the attachment of the cabinet door to the refrigerator door was broken, so it was very difficult to open the refrigerator.

The stairs to the property were full of debris and plastic litter and hadn't been swept in a while, leading to a very poor first impression. The location on a very busy main street made opening windows impossible because of the noise. The temperature in the apartment was stifling, and only one bedroom had a fan. Requests to the host for a second fan went unanswered, as were requests for a top sheet for the beds. The heavy, unsanitary-looking duvets made sleeping very uncomfortable. The duvets did not have removable, washable covers. It appeared that grout had been used to cover up mold in the tiny shower. The bathroom was the size of a closet.

Great place to stay and good location for us as we were visiting family close by. The apartment was very well equipped with a washer/dryer that was usual for us as we were there for 5 nights. Plenty of space in the rooms and while the kitchen was compact it had all that we needed for our stay. Lovely big bathroom too. Host responded to any queries we had promptly, we will definitely be back 😊

The Location was great, parking easy and facilities were clean and adequate for our needs, the price reflects the age and quality of the property but for 3 guys to sleep in for 2 nights it was excellent

a couple of areas for attention including the bathroom grouting, however for the price there was nothing that caused any real concerns

Absolute must stay if in Wolverhampton

Stunning place, nicely decorated, and cosy. Close to everything you need and with off-road parking, which is a great bonus. A terrace to enjoy some sunshine. The host has been in contact to check in and make sure qe have everything we needed. Top service. Will book again.
