I like the location, I like and appreciate the quick response and the almost 24hr customer service. I moved in quite late and got a response around11pm for clarification TV and wifi set up.
More like a suggestion rather than what i didn't like. I would appreciate a couple of pots and maybe a broom as children tend to make a mess. Yeah, saw the dustpan and brush, too.
In all, it was worth the stay and I would recommend.

Location is ok.
The overall entrance is in a dark alley, very ugly and broken hallway, no navigation. The room has a nice kitchen and bathroom, but only two beds (one guy had to sleep on a smaller couch), no extra blankets. The worst is a checkin time - it's 4pm checkin and 10am checkout. No reception to at least leave your baggage. For WH definitely not worth the money (comparing even to London).
