Location, Cleanliness, Facilities, When called owners as we got lots trying find it they were very helpful in guiding us to property. There was a power outage in night but when it came back on someone checked to see if we had our power
The property is very hidden & was difficult to find, some directions as to where it is like opposite Giffard Arms on left hand side by cafe like an alleyway property is on left hand side with note saying New Kingdom Apartments

Very clean and quiet considering it’s in the city centre
Nothing to complain about but the remote needs batteries 😂 sat there for 20 mins till I realised it’s a empty remote 🌚

Location is ok.
The overall entrance is in a dark alley, very ugly and broken hallway, no navigation. The room has a nice kitchen and bathroom, but only two beds (one guy had to sleep on a smaller couch), no extra blankets. The worst is a checkin time - it's 4pm checkin and 10am checkout. No reception to at least leave your baggage. For WH definitely not worth the money (comparing even to London).
