The location was fantastic. The apartment was very nice / comfortable.
The major issue we experienced was that at no time in our communications nor in the booking.com posting were we told we had to climb 4 flights of stairs. I am 80, my cousin is 79 —while we are healthy — carrying our luggage up was next to impossible— my cousins daughter 54 had to do far more than just assist. While we enjoyed the apartment I would have appreciated a more honest description. If I had known I would not have rented the property
We also had a difficult time with the keys especially trying to open the front door. Twice I had to ask a stranger to help me.

Nous avons appréciés l'emplacement et la taille de logement, c'est confortable et bien aménagé.
Les échanges se sont faits principalement via un chatbot, qui m’a relancé à plusieurs reprises pour les mêmes éléments.
Par ailleurs, plusieurs de mes questions sont restées sans réponse.
La personne référente sur place nous a uniquement contactés pour la remise des clés, puis nous n’avons plus eu de retour ni de suivi de sa part malgré nos sollicitations.

Emplacement juste idéal au cœur de l'intraMuros... Appartement très agréable, lumineux avec le chauffage mis en place pour nous accueillir au chaud. La flexibilité de notre heure d'arrivée et départ... On reviendra
Le manque d'une machine à café à dosette... Rien de grave car y'avait une cafetière mais moins pratique quand on est seule à boire du café ;)

Die Wohnung war super zentral gelegen und hat viel Platz geboten.
Wir trafen eine nicht gereinigte Wohnung an. Die Wäsche der Vormieter lag noch nass in der Waschmaschine. Das Reinigungspersonal wäscht die Bettwäsche und die Handtücher mit 30 Grad! Entsprechend riecht die Wäsche und es war eine Zumutung, diese zu verwenden. Trotz Rückfrage beim Vermieter wollte uns niemand sauberen Ersatz bieten.
