Appartement Au Coeur D'intra Muros

The apartment was well-equipped - we didn't miss much of anything and we cook and eat in a lot. The apartment is not large but feels roomy nonetheless. We found the beds in both bedrooms comfortable. Although the bedrooms were relatively small, there was plenty of space to unpack things. The shower had good water pressure and temperature. The seperate WC was appreciated with 3 people. The apartment is on the second floor with stairs, but that was not a problem for us and we appreciated the view from the upper-floor windows. Saint-Malo was phenomenal and we highly recommend staying in the city center. For the amount of people there, the city and the beaches were very clean. There are fantastic restaurants, bars, cafes, and several beaches within 10 minutes walk. We used only public transportation and boats and were fine getting around the region as well (and it was inexpensive). Catherine, who took care of us during our stay, was really kind and helpful and was quick to answer any questions we had. She really went out of her way and we appreciated that. The booking process was also smooth and uncomplicated.

We knew that it would be loud as we were in the city center during high season, but the noise was quite incredible until late at night. Luckily the windows are very well-insulated so that reduces the sound immensely. It is only a problem if you want to sleep with the windows open or if you are noise-sensitive, in which case you most likely should not stay anywhere in the city center of Saint-Malo.

La ubicación es muy buena. Estar en pleno centro intra muros es especial. Las camas eran cómodas y la cocina estaba equipada. Catherine es muy agradable, y nos dio recomendaciones para visitar la zona.

Eché de menos que tuviese algunas cosas básicas para los días que íbamos a estar. Tuvimos que comprar detergente para la lavadora y pastillas para el lavavajillas, cosas que normalmente en un piso de alquiler te dejan para los días que vas a estar. Pero es un detalle pequeño.

L’emplacement est parfait . L’appartement est bien équipé. La literie est confortable.

Nous avons apprécié l’intérieur de l’appartement qui était bien agencé et équipé ainsi que et la proximité de la plage et rampart.

Les parties communes étaient trop sales. Et des insectes étaient apportés avec les poubelles du restaurant du rez de chaussé. Même si l’appart est en étage, c’est désagréable de passer et voir les poubelles. Aussi, la place est très bruyante (le glacier le plus couru de st Malo est en bas) et cela tardivement.
