We (2 adults & 2 teenagers) loved everything about this apartment. The location is amazing, right in the heart of the action in the old town and just a 5 minute walk from the beach. The apartment is modern and beautifully decorated and had everything we needed and more. It was very hot during our stay but we found the aircon and the pedestal fans kept us quite comfortable. There was a minor issue with the hot water boiler a few days in but it was resolved very quickly after a message to the host. Would highly recommend for a stay in Nice.
Other reviews have mentioned the noise at night and yes we did notice it but it wasn’t something that bothered us at all.

Great location, very clean and has everything we needed. It was perfect for our family of 4 (two teenagers). Great view of the square and you can hear the fountain. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Short walk to so many places, including the beach. We will definitely choose this property again. Great experience. No complaints.
Weekend nights tend to be loud with people congregating in the square. The property provides fans, which helps with the noise.

Very nicely decorated and furnished apartment, with lots of equipment (washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, pots and pans, crockery etc) in a great location on Place Rossetti. Easy to explore Vielle Ville (and the rest of Nice) with many bars and restaurants within a 5 minute stroll. The key pick up is conveniently located next door, which was very helpful when we locked ourselves out!
The bed in the main bedroom is a very small double. Noisy at night at the weekend as revellers leave bars and clubs.
