Authentic Nice Old Town, separate bedroom, AC

Absolutely great located apartment, just in the middle of old town in Nice - 50m from cathedral square, 250m from sea promenade. This location has of course disadvantage for those who look for peaceful and calm place - Nice has rich night life = it is loudy outside and you can hear it despite closed windows. Apartment was well equipped and clean, pictures on Booking are matching how flat really looks. It's perfect space for 2 or 2+1 persons, consists of kitchen with small living room + WC and separate small bedroom (for 2 persons, addditional person sleeps on sofa in living room) with quite spacy bathroom. Need to admit very good, big and modern air-conditioner who helps efficiently cool down the rooms + excellent WiFi. Important remark - as usual for most of the apartments in city center - that one I would not recommend for family with small kids or people with dissabilities -> it is placed on 3rd floor and you need to climb up and down steep, uneven, stony stairs. On top - customer service - excellent, good contact, clear instructions + we were offered free luggage storage service on our check-out date. Top class :)

There were no huge disadvantages I have found, however would like to mention two issues which impacted my opinion. Point 1: There is only one wardrobe (in bedroom)... and is basically used for storing vacuum cleaner, iron, unused trash bin etc. = there is lack of space for guest clothes (we kept them our in luggages). Moreover part of wardrobe is used for big plastic IKEA box with info "private do not touch" - as I am "a bit allergic" to such a case -> if you rent you flat - take your private stuff from there. Point 2: If offer includes "free toiletries" - I would rather expect some dispenser or small one-use bottles -> not half used market bought washing gel bottle. Similarly in the kitchen space - as I do appreciate if there are some bags of tea, sugar/salt or 1-2 washing machine tablets left there (usefull if you come just for couple of days) -> leftovers like 1/3 of cornflakes' box or some other cereals -> looks more like uncleaned mess then something left on purpose.

De host reageert snel en is vriendelijk en het is een ruim appartement midden in het oude centrum

De wc deur was kapot waardoor die niet dicht ging, en wees je er wel van bewust dat omdat het appartement zo centraal ligt er 's nachts (vooral in het weekend) veel geluid is
