The apartment is small , but very reasonably furnished. As a place, I recommend staying here. You can have a great holiday having this central apartment as your base.
When something in the apartment broke (by turning on the water, I.e. definitely not through negligent usage on our part), the host could not be reached via either mail, sms or WhatsApp call. Instead, he tried to charge us with high fee the next day, when we left. This felt exploitative.
I am happy that booking.com did not allow for the fees to be applied to us.

Good position
Very hot. The air conditioning unit on wheels did not do much.
The sheets on the couch were not put on, like every other place I stayed and then I understood why; they didn”t fit. Too small to cover all corners…
All the apartment smelled like the kitchen of another apartment through the toilet’s fan!
