The location is excellent, and the host was very attentive and friendly. If I visit Nice again, I would definitely choose this place

The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old city. The facilities are excellent and there's nothing I can fault.
The wifi is great and the kitchen was well-equipped for a week's stay, except for what I mentioned below.
The bed is incredibly comfortable thanks to an orthopedic mattress. The apartment was cleaned.
The first problem we encountered was the door to the toilet. The roller wasn't working smoothly, and there was a significant gap between the wall and the door, allowing me to see someone inside.
We discussed this problem with the owner. We hope you can fix it soon.
We missed having a closet, and for TV, I guess better to have it mounted near the bed, but the wardrobe will go there instead.

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich, sauber und bestens ausgestattet. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Lage mitten im Herzen der Altstadt von Nizza, nur wenige Minuten von Strand, Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten entfernt – besser geht es kaum.
Es gab nichts zu beanstanden, alles war zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit.
