Het appartement was zeer ruim en gezellig ingedeeld. Het tweede verdiep was zeer leuk en handig met een extra toilet.
Ook de airconditioning was aangenaam en werkte goed.
De gang was een beetje akelig maar het mooie appartement en de goede ligging in Old Nice maakte dit volledig goed.

Location was very convenient to transportation, restaurants, & shopping.
Too many steps to climb as the apartment was on the 3rd floor (USA terminology 4th floor). Would have been helpful if the stairs to the loft bedroom had a railing. This was not a surprise as the description and pictures disclosed it.

La posizione ottima, al centro della citta vecchia. Prezzo piu basso rispetto ad altre strutture in zona
La struttura non era pulita. La scala interna all’appartamento molto ripida e scomoda. Il secondo bagno piccolissimo, quasi inutile. Nel periodo in cui ho soggiornato presso la struttura c’erano dei lavori in corso con fili della corrente elettrica scoperti per le scale. Il portone del palazzo non si chiudeva, il che rendeva non sicuro l’appartamento.
