Only location and two nice waitreses

The worst experience ever! I travel the world and this kind of place I didn't see even in Bangladesh! All started from very beginning, extremely hard to find, there are no any direction signs and you need to drive throw unmarked road. Evan hotel is listing like they have parking, parking do not exist! Bed is clean, all else dirty! air condition do not work same as a hot water! Thank God it was July! Curtains was washed when the hotel was build, dust is flying all over! Food is under quality of fast food restaurant, if you book with breakfast, you will have to pay for coffee and water additional so its not worth it. I payed for service on arriving and gentleman which present him self as a owner name "Dimitar", said the invoce will be issued on leaving. I stayed two nights, but slept only one! Owners friend had party all night long! Wednesday morning, 11.06.2025. on the check out, the same "gentlemen" was hiding! Till today,05.07.2025. I didn't get the invoce, evan I called at least 100 times! One time he is in Greece, second time his account company is busy, third time he have control from tax officer, forth its just arrived 27 guests from Israel.... What I can not understand is, how this kind of shady accommodation can evan be listed on Booking.com!? This kind of place do not belong to be on Booking! As I question around, I heard rumours that this shady owners use this hotel just for pulling out the money from EU fonds! If you really have other option, do not book this hotel under any circumstances! There are nice and normal accommodations and owners across Blagoevgrad! My mistake was that when I saw the first "red flag", didn't run the hell away! Just to mention, I lived and worked in Bulgaria for more then 12 years and this kind of bad experience I never encounter!

Nightmare

Nothinggood! Worse than ever

It is located in a dark narrow area with no road. No parking. Around demolished buildings. They did not have the room we booked! Proposed is 2 different Rooms to sleep, for one parent with children and another alone. At double orice of course, we found out when we got there and had to search in the middle of the night for another hotel. Worst experience we had in 10 years on booking.

Отель расположен в исторической части города. В номере было все необходимое. В номере было тепло, несмотря на то, что на улице был мороз. Приятно удивила обстановка, соединившая в себе старинные предметы с чистотой и ухоженностью номера, лестниц и коридоров. Хороший вид был с балкона моего номера на центр города. В отеле есть ресторан, а рядом с отелем расположен ресторан национальной болгарской кухни - "Механа". В пешей доступности находится центр города с магазинами и ресторанами. Недалеко есть большая стоянка такси.

Отель предлагает завтраки, однако, хочу предупредить, что приготовление завтрака заняло 40 минут, необходимо иметь это ввиду, и заранее заказать, если Вы торопитесь по делам. Горячая вода в душевой пошла не сразу, пришлось слить сначала холодную, что заняло около пяти минут. Однако, после этого горячая вода шла без перебоев.

Все було добре! Чистота та затишок. Трохи пошукали вхід, допоміг хлопець, хто буде шукати , зверніть увагу, що від ресторану Царське село( щось таке), що розташований у здовж дороги, потрібно підійматись вгору по плитці з пісчанику ( чи щось таке), дорога від ресторану, якщо на нього дивитись обличчам буде праворуч ( може кому згодиться)

posteľ bola pohodlná a veľmi čistá, parkovanie v blízkosti hotela

bolo veľmi ťažké dorozumieť sa s personálom, keďže nikto tam nevedel takmer ani slovo po anglicky. Aj s prekladačom to bolo náročné. Po príchode na izbu sme zistili, že dvere balkónu boli dokorán otvorené a v izbe bolo asi 13-14 stupňov (v decembri). Klimatizácia bola na kúrenie veľmi slabá, a tak aj po 8mich hodinách izba stále bola veľmi chladná. Pri sprchovaní trvalo 10 minút, kým začala tiecť teplá voda.

Очень старый отель , вся мебель старая , все обшарпанное , в номере холодно , спали в одежде , вода так и не нагрелась , мылись практически холодной , много лет путешествую , хуже отеля не встречала

Locatie is lastig te vinden: vanaf het restaurant waar google maps je heenstuurt is het nog ern stuk links omhoog en dan naar rechts, over een slechte weg: als je een trap ziet, neem deze dan Geen verduisterende gordijnen.

La gentillesse du personnel qui faisait tout pour nous aider dans nos recherches dans l'organisation de notre voyage. Le cadre et la beauté de la location.

Le mélange hôtel et organisation de réceptions privées. La situation de notre chambre qui donnait sur le restaurant (le bruit des conversations jusqu'à 2 ou 3 h du matin). Le petit-déjeuner incomplet ou le café n'était même pas inclus dans le prix.

Locul este superb. O clădire originală bulgărească plina de obiecte de mobilier de bun gust . O arhitectura adevărat bulgărească situata într-un sit arhaic. Liniște aer curat, cameră cu vedere la oraș perfecta curata și comodă. Recomand
