This property is beautiful and such a steal. Francesca was exceptional; very kind, accommodating, and super helpful!

Busses do not run very often and taxis are very hard to come by, so you have to be very strategic about your traveling.

Overall great experience

Francesca and her husband David are very helpful, very friendly. Francesca is easy to reach anytime, helpful. She borrowed us a knife of her own private house and was able to help if anything was needed. Thank you. Appt is clean and comfortable. Biassa is Easy to reach, pleasant to be in. Neihgbours in the appt are friendly, check-in was easy.The village is silent, cosy and people are friendly.

The kitchen is not greatly equipped even though there is an oven and looks like it's ready for cooking - there is no good knife to cut anything, no cutting board (we had to buy our own). The second thing is that the chairs in the appartments above make a lot of noise when someone moves them - I think adhesive felt pads for furniture would resolve this problem. Otherwise, great appartment.

Una buona struttura

Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile , la struttura era pulita e spaziosa. La vista molto bella.

Per noi non è stato un problema ma è da considerare che ci sono delle scale strette e nessun ascensore. In più c'è l'aria condizionata, che può fungere anche da aria calda, ma non il riscaldamento.

Merci à Francesca pour son accueil très souriant et agréable ! Endroit calme et sympathique Matelas confortables Attention, terrasse non adjointe au logement. Elle se trouve au rez-de-chaussée

- Manque d'ustensiles (économe, couteau) - Aucune épices ou autre (mais rien de grave) - Four mal monté, il a fait sauter les plombs - Manque une hotte - 2 lits simples accolés, on se retrouve aspiré dans le creux des deux lits

Perfetto

La struttura è in una posizione abbastanza comoda, se si è in macchina va benissimo, fino a quando c’è la navetta è comodissimo perché così non usi la macchina e non paghi il parcheggio in giro. Il top è Francesca la ragazza che ti accoglie e fa le pulizie nell’appartamento, gentilissima, ti consiglia su cosa vedere e su come muoverti per raggiungere le cinque terre, gli orari della navetta, sempre a disposizione.

Secondo me per la posizione in cui è ci vorrebbero le zanzariere

Perfekter Ort um La Spezia und die Cinque Terre zu besuchen!

Die Unterkunft liegt gefühlt weit weg der Stadt und ist doch schnell per Auto und Bus mit La Spezia und Riomaggiore verbunden! Der kleine Marktplatz bietet eine schöne Aussicht und ein einfaches Frühstück zu super Preisen! Begrüßt wurden wir von Francesca - ihre Freude und Energie waren ein super Start in den Urlaub! Bonus: um das Dorf leben Wildschweine die man manchmal sieht und hört.

Biassa mě mile překvapila. Klid a pohoda.Krásný výhled na La Spezia,obchod a dvě restaurace před domem. Krásné místo na odpočinek. 6km od Cinque Terre, da se dojet autobusem-zastávka je před domem.

去五渔村玩很方便

距离五渔村的2村很近，只有15分钟的车程。房间也是新装修的整体不错。还有一个很大的露台可供使用。

图片有一些误导，实际没有独立的卧室，所以并不太适合4个人入住，两个人入住的话，会很舒适。

Genau richtig für die Cinque Terre zu Zweit

Sehr schön und malerisch gelegen im Bergdorf Biassa mit super Anbindung per Bus nach Riomaggiore. Wir wurden von Francesca sehr freundlich empfangen und betreut - SUPER Service !!!

Die Unterkunft ist vage und irreführend beschrieben bzw fotografiert. Es gibt KEIN separates Schlafzimmer. Es ist faktisch EIN Koch-Wohn-Schlaf-Raum mit einem zusätzlichen ausklappbaren Schlafsessel. Mein Vorschlag an den Vermieter: Einfach einen dicken Vorhang zwischen Schlafbereich und Koch-Bereich montieren.

Parfait pour nous

Francesca est très accueillante, à l’écoute et flexible. Le logement est neuf, la literie est très confortable que ce soit le lit ou le canapé. La terrasse est un vrai plus avec une très belle vue.

Le parking est quelques fois difficile La cuisine manque un peu d’équipement pour manger plusieurs jours.

Alloggio top e posizione perfetta (Biassa) per godersi un po' di giorni di vacanza.

L'alloggio è di recentissima ristrutturazione e risulta perciò fresco, luminoso e molto accogliente. Si trova in una piccola traversa pedonale del borgo antico, ma l'auto può essere parcheggiata a meno di 100 metri (non tutte le sere, per la verità, abbiamo trovato posto, ma se proprio si è sfortunati si devono percorrere non più di 200 o 300 metri). Bagno perfetto, aria condizionata, cucina ben rifornita, luogo silenzioso e rilassante. A disposizione degli ospiti c'è pure un resede posto in posizione panoramica, con fontanella, sdraio, tavolini e ombrellone, posto dinanzi alla porta di ingresso. I proprietari sono risultati molto cortesi e disponibili e sono intervenuti per ogni nostra necessità. Il borgo di Biassa dista una decina di minuti di auto da La Spezia e si trova in posizione perfetta, essendo servito da una linea di trasporto pubblico che la collega direttamente, oltre che a La Spezia, anche a Riomaggiore (15 minuti di tratta), da dove, con il treno, a è possibile visitare il resto le Cinqueterre (noi le abbiamo visitate lasciando sempre l'auto a Biassa). Un punto forte di Biassa, inoltre, è il tabacchi della signora Gloria, che ci è stato segnalato dai proprietari (grazie!), che è in realtà molto più di un tabacchi, edicola, centro informazioni del parco e punto di ristoro: Gloria infatti mette la sua esperienza a disposizione dei clienti, fornendo preziosissime informazioni per visitare al meglio (e senza svenarsi!) la costa ligure; non nascondo che senza le sue quotidiane "dritte" (ogni nostra giornata è iniziata con una colazione da lei) non avremmo goduto di tutta la bellezza che la zona può offrire ai turisti.

I materassi non sono risultati particolarmente comodi, ma per il resto è tutto davvero ottimo!

Soggiorno tra fratelli

La struttura è di recente ristrutturazione, spaziosa e curata. È presente anche un terrazzo condiviso dove potersi rilassare dopo le giornate di mare e/o trekking nei dintorni delle 5 terre! Il punto forte sono Francesca e Davide che ti accolgono con la loro energia e ti sanno consigliare al meglio come organizzare il soggiorno e le gite! Ce ne fossero di host così!

Molto bello

Posizione ottima (strategica, con autobus che porta fino a Riomaggiore), bella vista dal balcone, personale gentile, accogliente, appartamento pulito. Per arrivare da La Spezia è consigliabile fare la litoranea.

Struttura pulita, zona comoda, parcheggio non molto, servizi OK ma migliorabili

Struttura appena rifatta quindi è molto pulita, i proprietari sono molto alla mano e la zona ha una fermata bus che porta alle 5 terre in circa 15 minuti, oltre ad essere a 15 minuti di distanza anche dalla Spezia. Paesino piccolo ma volendo ci sono posti per fare colazione, pranzo e cena (importante prenotare in anticipo per la cena, soprattutto in alta stagione)

Essendo l'alloggio in una strada stretta, non sono presenti parcheggi appositi, quindi ci siamo dovuti affidare ai parcheggi pubblici vicini, che sono abbastanza pieni di macchine, soprattutto in alta stagione. Inoltre, sebbene la struttura disponga di utensili per la cucina, mancano i detersivi per pulirli, o per lavare il pavimento, se necessario. Non ho provato il letto matrimoniale, il divano letto è decentemente comodo ma scricchiola molto. In bagno farebbe comodo avere dei posti dove appendere vestiti/asciugamani, e nella doccia dove appoggiare shampoo e bagnoschiuma
