Okay studio but lacking amenities and facilities
Location is good, studio was clean.
I was staying here for 5/6 days and asked if it was possible to get a clean as there were no cleaning supplies in the room. i was initially told yes and then asked to pay £30 cash upfront when i already notified staff i was going to be working all day so not at building. i did tell staff to take the money off my deposit but they were adamant it needed to be cash which is very odd. i ended up cleaning the apartment myself with basically no supplies. I needed also to leave my bags for luggage storage and when i went to reception no one was there. i called the number provided on door and no one picked up. ended up having to pay to get luggage storage elsewhere.

Overpriced for what it is.
Liked the canal view from our room Shower was powered well
Flat wasn't provided with enough beverage supplies i.e water bottles and limited coffee and tea sachets. There was no toiletries, Shower gel and shampoo bottles were half empty and there was also no mirror in the bathroom. Cleaning products weren't provided nor were extra big bags. There were no pillows on the sofa making it quite uncomfortable to relax. Dining chairs rocked due to uneven legs. There was not enough blankets provided. And also the towels were slightly stained on arrival.

Disatified custmer left a message on your contact no with my phone no and complaint
Nothing what so ever it needs updating to a higher standard needs cleaning up
Check in took 2 hours, then we was to,d the building is 3 blocks away, being disabled sevely, suffered 3 stroke and a hear attack, car park was horrendous my partner had to park in the underground car park which was flooded extremely of raw sewage which my partner had to walk through because it was the only way to get through to which he had to pay £40 00 for this pleasure for 2 cars to park. He came back to the reception to meet me I was told I could park at the side eventually still paying £40 and I have disabled badges, at this point we was told we had to walk 3 blocks away I found this extremely h and to do, when we eventually got their we where told the lift wasn’t in working order I had to go up the stairs which I found very differcly on going up the stairs their was a big hole in the wall that someone had implanted, on approach to the room there was two tiles missing with bare wires on display, inside the room we found the sheets crumbled has if they had not been changed from the previous people, the bed was so uncomtable to too soft causing you to sink in the bed it also went up at the top of the bed, the room was extremely col only has we was leaving 11 hours later did the room set to 20c. The only good thing to say was the shower was good. Made us warm. The shower fitment that was also broken, the towels where clean, the kitchen table what previous marks on along with the plates and cutlery where dirty. The tv remote had no backing on. On departure we walked downstairs in the main corridor someone had broken the glass, I had not noticed this and put my hand on it injuring myself, my partner then went onto the reception to drop the keys off waited 5 minuates nobody turned up to take the keys from him. He then had to deposit them in a box. My recommendations for staying at this ghetto place is a zero not fit for human capacity I am now seeking a full refund along the cost of replacing is boots. I trust you would be decent enough to telephone me .

Good apartment; would consider again. Some improvements needed to put it in the excellent category.
The apartment was very nice. Clean, comfortable, spacious and well-equipped. Also very easy to reach from Manchester and good value for money.
1. There was no WiFi. I messaged the reception desk to ask for a WiFi code, and they sent me a screen shot of the network name and password. But that network name did not show up on any of our phones, so I don't think the WiFi was working. This would make the apartment unsuitable for use on a business trip. 2. Although there was a nice coffee machine in the kitchen, no coffee pots or sachets were provided. I messaged the reception desk to ask them to supply some (as it was late at night when we realised) but did not get a reply. 3. There was quite a bit of mould in the shower.
