Beautiful, brand new house. Very well reformed, comfortable furniture, great beds, large bathrooms. The terrace on the top floor is fantastic and has great views of the fortezza. Location is good, a 7 minute walk from free car park but right next to the fortezza and the old town. Communication with hosts was easy and well-organized. Overall a great place to stay.
It smelt a bit damp,.especially when we arrived and on the ground floor. It was fixed by opening windows and probably as it gets more lived in the smell will fade away. This is the only reason why we wouldn"t give iy a 10. It would also be nice to have an extra sofa in the terrace.Bear in mind that to get to the second bedroom you have to climb up two steep flights of stairs.

The location was perfect just a short walk to restaurants, bars, the marina, and the beach. The property itself was spotless and modern, with thoughtful touches like extra towels, a welcome pack to get you started, and quality toiletries in the shower rooms. We especially enjoyed the beautiful rooftop area in the evenings. The beds were incredibly spacious and comfortable, with luxurious 5-star quality bedding. Lena, the local assistant, was absolutely fantastic and offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and day trips around the island.
The location in the Old Town was absolutely perfect, though the charming, quaint nature of the house meant it was a little overlooked. As a result, we often kept the blinds down, which made it feel slightly enclosed and required lights on during the day. That said, it wouldn’t stop me from returning — the overall experience far outweighed this small drawback.
