Charming town house, central location.

Location is excellent, right in the centre of the old town. Beautiful entrance to the villa. The outside space is perfect and spacious given the centrality of the property. It overlooks properties on all sides but this was part of its charm and made the bedroom balcony terrace a lovely place to sit.

Ground floor is very spacious and the main bedroom is a lovely size. However bathrooms and kitchen area are a little dated and the stairs rickety but nothing was a surprise - it’s very true to the pictures.

Perfect for exoring old town

The location of the villa is exceptional, right in the centre of the old town, restaurants literally on the doorstep and it's amazing having a little pool to dip in after a day of sightseeing.

The only thing I can complain about is that the pool area gets extremely hot during the day in high summer but that's not the properties fault

Lovely house!

Very comfortable beds and the house is so pretty. The garden was lovely. Communication was very good and easy. Location is very good: the house is surrounded by lovely restaurants and it's a 20 minute walk to the beach.

Despite clear instructions it was often hard getting warm showers if all 4 of us showered (briefly) in a row. The pool filter is quite loud and runs during the majority of the day. I get that this is for water safety but it did make sitting outside less comfortable.

Beautiful villa in a lovely old town - perfect way to get to know Crete!

Villa was everything we hoped for - an oasis in the middle of the beautiful old town of Rethymno. We only had to step out of the front door to find delicious restaurants. The pool at the villa was great for the kids after a day of sight seeing. Just everything we needed.

Not a negative about the villa - but a you are staying in an old town with tiny roads the parking is not right on the doorstep - but we knew to expect this and managed to find free parking for our stay.

The property was hard to find, however the property is very well equipped, very clean and comfortable. Our host was vey patient and very good in explains all about the property.

Great location. Nicely restored and decorated space.

The person sleeping in the downstairs sofa bed hears a lot of street noise. Admittedly we go to sleep a bit early and are sensitive sleepers. Also some people rang the bell at 3am. We didnt answer and it must have been in error but it was still disruptive. Also the wifi signal was quite weak (we had to work while there, so this was a frustration). When the sofa bed was in bed mode, there was a lack of regular and comfortable seating indoors.

Perfect location to enjoy Rethymno for a family vacation

Location was perfectly centered in Old Town Rethymno with literally dozens of excellent food options close by. WiFi connection was good. Table outside in backyard perfect spot for breakfast, balcony off bedroom great for afternoon drink.

Very chic, luxurious place with lovely swimming pool for two! It's spacious, clean, and well appointed.

The location, while very central, is very noisy at night. If you are there in summer when it's hot and you'll have the windows closed (with A/C on), then it's probably no issue at all. We were there in April and wanted the night breeze, but the neighboring (behind) bar or club was noisy until very late.

Exceptional

A beautiful house in the heart of the old city of rethymno. Recently renovated, with comfortable beds and extremely clean. Irini and Vassilis were really helpful and kind. The highlight is the backyard with the swimming pool. Hours or relaxation and calmness! The house is surrounded by shops, bars and restaurants, nevertheless, it is really peaceful and quiet on the inside.

Super séjour dans la villa Atitamo au cœur de Rethymnon

Emplacement idéal dans Rethymnon, maison très propre & très agréable, assez calme même au cœur de la vieille ville. Piscine super appréciable pour se rafraichir. Accès à la plage en 10-15 min à pied. Notre hôte était très disponible et nous a bien informé sur tout ce qui concerne la villa. Super séjour !

L'entretien de la piscine pourrait être amélioré en cette période estivale.

Très agréable !

La villa est très bien placée en plein cœur de la vieille ville. Nous avons aussi apprécié l’authenticité du lieu et la petite terrasse avec sa piscine intérieure. Vassilis est très réactif et donne facilement des conseils. Merci.

La cuisine mériterait d’être un peu mieux équipée Et peut être également de quoi suspendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain.
