Location is excellent, right in the centre of the old town. Beautiful entrance to the villa. The outside space is perfect and spacious given the centrality of the property. It overlooks properties on all sides but this was part of its charm and made the bedroom balcony terrace a lovely place to sit.
Ground floor is very spacious and the main bedroom is a lovely size. However bathrooms and kitchen area are a little dated and the stairs rickety but nothing was a surprise - it’s very true to the pictures.

Emplacement idéal dans Rethymnon, maison très propre & très agréable, assez calme même au cœur de la vieille ville. Piscine super appréciable pour se rafraichir. Accès à la plage en 10-15 min à pied. Notre hôte était très disponible et nous a bien informé sur tout ce qui concerne la villa. Super séjour !
L'entretien de la piscine pourrait être amélioré en cette période estivale.

La villa est très bien placée en plein cœur de la vieille ville.
Nous avons aussi apprécié l’authenticité du lieu et la petite terrasse avec sa piscine intérieure.
Vassilis est très réactif et donne facilement des conseils. Merci.
La cuisine mériterait d’être un peu mieux équipée
Et peut être également de quoi suspendre les serviettes dans la salle de bain.
