Location of the apartments were perfect. The layout was well done and the view spectacular. Nick Helped with an early check in and made good restaurant recommendations.

Hairdryer didn’t work and could do with some dish towels for washing up. But these are minor compared to everything else. Thanks Nick and team for a wonderful experience in Rethymno

The location was superb. Once you got into the building via the street and made it up to the Suite, it was beautiful. Lovely furnishings. Well equipped kitchen for what we needed it for over 2 nights. 2 bathrooms, a really comfortable bed and lovely crisp linen. The view from the balcony was to die for. We were above the Restaurants in the old Port. Not too noisy at all. Air con was a must, as it was quite warm outside. The cleaner changed our bedding after just one night, which was very much appreciated. Tea and coffee was complimentary. Over all, a relaxing stay in the beautiful old Port. The surrounding area was lovely, with some really nice quality gift shops and lovely restaurants . If we stayed again, we would bring less luggage to get up the stairs.

The apartment could not have been in a better location it was beautiful and in the nicest part of town. The view from the balcony is postcard worthy. The apartment was lovely and clean and was cleaned everyday.

The kitchen is nice but if you actually wanted to cook it was a bit short on utensils, didn’t bother us as we didn’t cook but we would have like a dishcloth and tea towel. There is a dishwasher but we didn’t create enough washing up to use it The upstairs bathroom it nice but the floor gets quite wet when you have a shower. These are just little niggles as the apartment is lovely.

Scammed by the manager. We booked a Seaview room for $302 for 2 nights. Arrived and told that the view room was not what I booked because Booking.com description was not obvious - the view pictures are standard and not necessarily representative of the room you booked. The non-Seaview room is dark and has a shared terrace where the building laundry is cleaned and hung. Paid an extra 50€ (no receipt) and upgraded to room that we already booked. Manager smooth talker, had to see if that category of room was available but yet we could see them available on both Booking.com and Airbnb. Don’t worry he will respond - check out all of his responses when he receives criticism. Btw. no parking on site but down the road for €14 per night (usual rate, not unexpected).
