Casa Vitae Villas

Dit prachtige huis was een oase aan rust in het midden van de stad. Al denk je oei we willen niet in een stad, het is geen stad als een drukke stad. Het is prachtig in een gezellig zijstraatje van een stadje vol charmante straatjes met winkeltjes en heerlijke restaurants! Je stapt buiten en zit meteen in de gezelligste buurt van Kreta! De communicatie verliep top, we werden opgewacht door katarina, zij was ongelooflijk gastvrij en toonde ons het verblijf. We hadden een privé zwembad dat goed op temperatuur was en waar niemand ons stoorde. Elke dag onderhield iemand dit, we werden voorzien van de nodige handdoeken/.. op het einde van ons verblijf is ze speciaal snel gekomen voor we vertrokken om ons een cadeautje te geven. We voelden ons super welkom. Dit was onze eerste ervaring met Kreta en wauw. Het verblijf had een douche en een bed onder een soort boog, echt prachtig! Uniek. We voelen ons koning in paradijs. Leuk! (Wij deden dit als koppel met onze ouders, kan perfect met kleinere kindjes ook!)

Alles beviel ons

Mooie locatie, helaas hadden wij alleen maar regen in rethymnon maar de ligging van het huis was daardoor perfect.

Vrij donker binnen. Parkeren best een uitdaging. Reken op 20/30 euro per 24 uur. Of lang zoeken.

The villa is quirky, with 2 bedrooms spaced on either side of the living area. The more spacious room is the one for the single beds which might not suit friends travelling together. The aircon works well. Parking is a little distance away, but that's fine, we were ready for that. We used our villa as a base for a week - there's not that much to do for 7 days in Rhythemno, so needs a car to explore the countryside.

One room has much more space and a great bathroom, the other not so much. There are several low hung lights in the bedroom and the living area that are completely in the way. We often hit our head, and had to negotiate around one in the middle of the night to get into and out of bed. They could easily be removed as they are not necessary for lighting.

lack of a bottle of water upon arrival, for the amount paid , such small details make the difference.
