It was very Clean, it has separate bathrooms and great balcony with table and 8 chairs and the jacuzzi as bonus.
We missed a few smaller items, such as a knife to slice the bread and scissors.
The distance to the old city centre may be a bit too far if you want to go there each day by foot.

Der Ausblick ist phänomenal, die Wohnung ist super eingeteilt und sehr schön eingerichtet.
Es ist jeden Morgen eine Freude auf der schönen Terrasse zu frühstücken und den Blick auf das Meer und die Stadt Rethymno zu genießen.
Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist der Standort ideal. Es gibt zwar keinen dazugehörigen Parkplatz, aber es findet sich immer ein Platz in direkter Nähe.

Clean, good kitchen, great location, and comfortable overall.
The jacuzzi on the balcony was completely unusable during our stay. When we arrived, the water level was already too low, the switch box was turned off (with a note citing power concerns), and once turned on, water began leaking heavily across the balcony, creating a very slippery and unsafe surface. We refilled it, but the water dropped again by 20–25 cm within hours.
The host later admitted this was a long-standing issue, but it was never disclosed. He claimed the problem was caused by cleaning, which was clearly not the case. What’s most disappointing is that the apartment is still being advertised as “Secret View Apartment, with private Jacuzzi,” despite the fact that the jacuzzi doesn’t function properly. My fair request for a partial refund was declined, and I received no meaningful follow-up. A disappointing experience for what could have been a great stay.
