I stayed at Pal Calma Suites in the Junior Suite and honestly, it was one of the best value-for-money experiences I’ve ever had. Everything was within walking distance, super convenient and easy to explore the area.
A special shoutout to Giorgos – what an amazing guy! He went above and beyond to help us with anything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. It honestly felt like home from the moment we arrived.
One thing’s for sure: I’ve already booked my next trip for next year. That’s how good it was!

We decided to stay at Pal Calma after reading all the wonderful reviews about the suites and George in particular . We are very glad that we made that choice ! The deluxe suite we chose was super clean and well designed . Lovely vibes . The location is excellent as we only needed a few minutes to reach all the good cretan restaurants and historical monuments .The best thing, however, was meeting George! We have never met such a professional and wonderful host. He fulfilled all our requests and helped us with all our questions . He exceeded our expectations by far ! Needless to say that we recommend Pal Calma to everyone and that we will be back 100%

Stayed in the presidential suite. The apartment was bright, clean and spacious with all the facilities you would need to make a comfortable stay. George was an exceptional host who was always willing to help - whether that was if we had any questions about the accommodation, restaurant recommendations, or to book a restaurant or transport, George replied promptly and efficiently. The location was excellent, right in the old town of Rethymno. At night, you wouldn't hear much noise from the restaurants and taverna's below, making a comfortable and quiet night sleep. I would definitely recommend this accommodation to stay when in Rethymno and look forward to booking again in the future.
