Our stay was good but we would be inclined to stay somewhere different next time

There are few things broken in bathroom near fkitchen needs fixing. Looks like maintenance needs looking at. When something is broken fix it.

Good location and staff

Good location in the old town, and great staff. We had a spacious apartment that had everything for our little family, even a baby crib was already there when we checked in.

I wouldn’t call this a luxury stay, but thats minor.

Wonderful

Great host, very good communication and nothing was too much trouble. I also liked that it was a services apartment so fresh towels and bins emptied. The apartment itself was modern and spacious. The baby cot was brilliant too - better than my own! Thank you for a great stay.

Quiet and centrally located

We asked for a quiet room on an upper floor which we were given. The room was split level with the kitchen and seating area plus toilet / shower on the lower level, and the bedroom and another toilet and separate shower upstairs. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower powerful. It is beautifully decorated as well. The property is on a side street with no nearby restaurants or shops which can be noisy and lit up until late at night. We only used the pod-taking coffee machine in the kitchen and Ilias the owner was generous with providing us with extra pods!

Excellent, Friendly Boutique Hotel

The room was a duplex with a kitchen downstairs and sleeping upstairs. One of the joys was the provision of 2 bathrooms, which meant no clashes in the mornings! Breakfasts are served in a restaurant not too far away. Portions are massive, beware the Instagramable pancakes! A couple days we were up at the crack of dawn for Samaria and Santorini, so couldn't use our breakfasts, however our host was good enough to run off and exchange them for a packed lunch of local sandwiches and pies. I did have my reservations the location would be out of the way looking at the map, but alas it's literally within 5 minutes of anywhere. I should also mention this is a recent rennovation, so everything is of a good spec and in pristine condition, that's not to say there aren't little hits of the underlying 18th century building poking through. Cannot rate this place more highly.

If I had to pick something, the staircases to the room were a little tricky to navagate after a few ouzos!

Amazing stay, exceptional location 10/10

The location is very convenient, just a couple of minutes walk from restaurants/cafe/bars. The host was very helpful and friendly, giving advice about attractions. The property is very nice, except from the suite that is fully equipped (including coffee/tea/water/juice) there is a very nice enclosed yard where you can enjoy your coffee/drink if you are not keen to go out. We would love to visit again

We are very satisfied, the only thing we could point out to make the experience even better would be to change the blinds between the bathroom and the bedroom to avoid having light in the bedroom when somebody goes to the bathroom at night.

Quiet luxury oasis in the middle of old-town

Perfect location, in the middle of old-town. And still very quiet and calm atmosphere! The apartment is spacious, and well equipped. It looks like they thought about every little detail when building these apartments. Has some nice modern features we haven't seen before in any hotels. We had breakfast on the balcony in the yard every morning, quiet, with some morning sunlight. The free parking spot that the hotel recommended was just a 5 minute walk, but even in April we were lucky to find just some free spots. The owner was always very friendly and helpful in any way he could.

That we had to go home after 3 days.

Perfect place to stay in Rethymno

The suites are in a perfect location: in the middle of the old town, but away from the main street and any noise, so you can sleep with the windows widely open without any problems. Within a minute you are on the main passage and can explore the old town. Hlias is an extremely friendly and accommodating host and we felt at home with him at all times! He is happy to give tips on what is best to see in the city and where to go. We recommend the accommodation at any time!
