The property wasn't clean. Specially the downstairs, living room, dining room and bathroom. Found quite a few longhairs and crums and dirt. The furniture in the living room was very old and wornout. Could do with some new really. Kitchen was very poor equiped. Spiderwebs every where. Perharps because of the covid time, but being on holiday, you do like to arrivé in a clean cottage.

A couple of disappointing things: It states there is a washer dryer, in fact it is only a washing machine, no dryer. It states there is a DVD player, it does not have a DVD player. Whilst minor when you have children and no Wi-Fi (which it correctly states) and you take their favourite DVD's it is a big let down for them. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

The Cottage is in a wonderfully majestic setting. So peaceful nice to see the stars in the night sky! Sat Nav struggles to find the actual Cottage and want to take you down an adjacent private rd into the estate. The village of Beauly is 5 miles away with a lovely butchers and Deli. Milk can be got in Kiltarlity 1 mile from the cottage. The Cottage was very clean. Our only negative is the double mattress was too soft. Otherwise it was excellent. Inverness is about 25 minutes away. Lots of research and we found plenty to do for kids and Adults. We also found some great restaurants on the river in Inverness that had great Gluten Free options. The Kitchen Brasserie and The Mustard Seed. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo
