The property is located above a boutique salon.

In the heart of Capitola Village this two bedroom one bath apartment has undergone a new beautiful remodel. A relaxing coastal aesthetic sets the mood for an enjoyable vacation by the beach. For your convenience, two private parking spots are included with your stay. Enjoy outdoor dining on the private deck or a cocktail and conversation on the outdoor sofa.

We really enjoyed our stay in Capitola at the Capitola Village 2 bedroom! It was very close to restaurants, shopping and the beach! We could walk everywhere and never used our car. It was so nice to have parking, since it is difficult to find street parking, The apartment was very clean and kitchen was great! We also enjoyed a great concert at the beach!

Nice place. Closer to the beach than expected which was a great surprise. Would have given the place 5 stars had it been cleaned prior to our check in. Apparently there was some sort of mixup between the cleaners and the host and the house was not cleaned. We opened the door at 3 to find unmade beds and a dirty place. Check in was at three, cleaners arrived at 5 and we had to leave for 1.5 hours while they cleaned the place. This was disappointing and very inconvenient. Asked the host for discount and he basically said to enjoy my stay. There are so many rentals around this place so not sure if I would stay here again.

Incredibly clean, private property. Proximity to the beach and shops and restaurants is wonderful. The rooms offer private doors so that each bedroom (and living space) can close the door for privacy which is wonderful for families with different bedtimes, sleep schedules, etc.

This little gem was perfect for my dog and I as we explored Capitola, but we’re outside of the crazy of the beachfront. It was only a couple of blocks and the apartment was beautifully appointed and comfortable. Communication with property manager was excellent. The sun deck was one of the dog and mine’s special spots.

This apartment was so cute and cozy. It was very clean with comfortable beds. However, the shower was a bit small and wish there were mirrors in the bedrooms. Nonetheless, the location was great- walking distance to the beach and local shops/plaza. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting Capitola!

We loved our stay at The Office in beautiful downtown Capitola. The property is conveniently located in the village with easy access to the Capitola restaurants, beaches and the pier. The residence is small but has a well-equipped kitchen, great internet access and two comfortable bedrooms.

Staying at the Office is perfect since it's in downtown Capitola with access to everything Capitola has to offer: the beach; restaurants and stores and the new wharf. This condo unit was simply wonderful and we will definitely come back. This is the largest of the units with a front patio enclosure (with a gate) and sits atop a row along Capitola Road. The unit is bright, clean and completely updated/renovated. It is about a 3 minute walk to the main beach and 1 minute walk to the village shops. Sits right on top of one of the best cafes in Capitola (La Marea) which has the best coffee, bagels and pizzas around (they are closed Mon and Tues though). Communication was good with the property manager. Parking was good considering it was in the downtown Village. The space allows two vehicles (we had a SUV and a car) and you must park front to end within the car port for the listed unit. Street parking right in front of the unit is available (without fee) from 8 pm to 8 am. My only minor issue was the carpeting which had visible pet stains (white carpeting) -- not a big deal but just felt a bit uncomfortable walking about. We will definitely come back on our next visit to Capitola.

Only a short walk to the Capitola Beach and mercantile. Plenty of room for a family of 5. Gave 4 stars due to a few pet stains it looks like on the carpet, no wash clothes or additional pillow cases, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we checked in. Otherwise it was great, we’d book again! Also note there is a $1,000 hold in addition to the booking fees. I didn’t see that listed but maybe I missed it in the fine print.

Absolutely perfect location. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. Restaurant across the street, Trestles, was great for dinner. Spacious patio with full dining table. A highlight of the trip was sitting on the patio with wine and snacks in the evening while listening to live music from across the street. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and well prepared. Having a reserved parking space in the area is very convenient. Check in was smooth as parking and code access information were provided days ahead of time. Will return next year.

I’ve stayed in quite a few vacation rentals in Capitola and this was by far, one of the best. The unit was immaculately clean with a fantastic layout. The beds were so comfortable and despite the unit being in a prime location, the bedrooms were quiet with zero street noise. The unit was stocked with everything one would need.
